The cost increased by $100. No semi-private rooms available now. Dislike no in-room bathrooms.

I noticed they raised the cost by $100. They're out of semi-private rooms right now. I'm not happy that the rooms don't have bathrooms.

"Friendly Staff but Older Location Needs Some Updates"
We visited this place to see if it was a good fit for my mom. The employees were all really friendly. It wasn't exactly what we had in mind, location-wise. The place is somewhat old and could really use a few minor updates. We think other families should definitely check it out to see the care they offer.

"A Wonderful Place to Call Home"
Villa Palms is everything you want in assisted living. The staff is friendly and caring while being very professional. It's a great place to call home.
