Welcome Home Assisted Living Facility

"Needed more care than they could provide. Moved to nursing home."
Welcome Home took good care of my wife. But her medical needs were more than they could handle, so I moved her to a nursing home.

"Caring Staff and Excellent Care at Aurora"
The man and woman who run Aurora are very caring. They take great care of our mom.

"Quiet, clean but lacking activities for social seniors. Not recommended."
I didn't like this place. It's too quiet and feels like home. Some folks might like that, but my mom needs lots of things to do and people to talk to. There's nothing happening there, no activities at all. It was pretty clean though. I just don't think it was right for us in terms of the care and fun stuff we wanted.

"Subpar match in care and activities for our needs"
This place wasn't right for us. It's peaceful and feels like home, and some might prefer that, but my mom needs a lot of things to do and people to talk to. There are no activities taking place there, nothing going on. From what I could see, it was reasonably clean. However, it just doesn't meet our needs in terms of care and activities.

"Very pleased with the care!"
We are really happy with the personal care our loved one gets. It is a safe and clean place.

"Great place for our needs; not sure about others."
It's a small group home with about four people. This is fine for us. They don't have many activities, but we didn’t need that. It works really well for our needs, but I can't say what others might think. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly. They respond quickly to any needs or concerns and do a good job.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Assisted Living Facility Review: Language Barrier and Pricing Concerns"
She doesn't speak English as her main language, struggled with some conversation details. When I asked about the starting price for monthly fees, she couldn't provide an exact figure without seeing my mother first. She mentioned something about $80 per day or $2500 to $2700 per month, but wouldn't give a definite starting amount. It's a 6-bed guest home.

"Maria's Uncertainty in English and Pricing in Assisted Living"
The Director isn't her first language so sometimes, she doesn't fully understand what's being said. She didn't give me a clear 'base price' for the monthly cost without first seeing my mom. She kind of murmured something about $80/day or $2500 to $2700 a month but she wouldn't give a definite opening rate. The facility is a 6-bed 'boarding house'.
