"Great Care, but Rehab Floor Needs Improvements"
Our loved one has been in and out of Westminster Oaks for rehab. We're not madly in love with this place, but they are taking much better care of her than where she usually stays. They always answer the phone when we call with questions or concerns. One thing we don't like is that on the rehab floor, which is mainly for rehab, they had hospice patients and even COVID patients. We wish it was just for rehab patients.

"Perfect for long-term care, but doesn’t accept wandering residents"
I wished I could have brought my husband here. The facility had a lot of space, so he wouldn’t need to move if his condition worsened. I would have bought a small cottage there, and as his needs increased, he could have moved from assisted living to their nursing home. It would have been perfect for him. However, I was told they didn’t accept residents with dementia who wandered. The building had 3 or 4 stories, and he might have gotten lost in the big area. There’s only one fee for living there, no matter what care level is needed. I really wanted this to be his home.
