the front desk is great! Food is excellent. But, some staff need improvement in special diet procedures. Better CNA care needed for higher value. Staff training lacking.

This place is really clean and nice to look at. The staff is good, but they always seem to be short-handed. They could offer more help without waiting to be asked. They have activities, but none that my dad can join. There aren't many places nearby that meet my dad's specific needs. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.

"Lovely facility but costly; concerns about storm evacuations on island"
Our family visited in person. The place is really nice, clean, and newly painted. But it's expensive. Since it's on an island, if there's a big storm, they have to evacuate. We didn't like the idea of worrying about that. This maintains the original review's essence while simplifying the language for an 8th-grade reading level.

"Mom Thrives at Zon—Great Care and Community!"
Mom is doing better than we expected since moving into Zon. We're really happy knowing she's so well taken care of. The staff is friendly and caring, and they remember her and our family by name. The food is amazing, and we love dining with her—it feels like a restaurant! She can choose from a menu, which is great. There are lots of activities, and they encourage Mom to join in. The community is super clean and affordable. I would definitely recommend this place!
