A Home for Mom and Dad

"Mixed Experience: Quick Admission, Poor Communication, Delayed Refund"
We had to quickly move my mother-in-law. They accepted her promptly, giving her a private room. However, there were problems with the owner, [name removed]. When we decided to move her out, the owner barely communicated with us. Moreover, they left her belongings on the porch. They also owe us money for the last few days, which we haven't received yet. While everything started fine, the ending left us upset.

"Care Home Provided Great Care for Mom, Very Well Maintained"
My mom had a good time at this care home. She eventually left, but they really looked after her and made sure she had everything she needed while she was there. The place is kept in very good condition. The people who work there were nice and always ready to help.

"Outdoor Improvements Enhance Community Space"
This place didn't quite meet my mom's needs, but the room was nice and spacious. They're working on outdoor improvements for more community space.

"Positive Experience with Ms. Monica at Clean, Organized Facility"
I really like Ms. Monica. Her place was very clean and well organized. I think my Mom might struggle with the stair lift since she can't manage stairs, and there are 4 to reach the bedrooms.

"Limited Space and Aging House"
She assisted living has room for 8 residents. The price starts at $1750. she, a he, is helpful and flexible with our budget. The circular ramp in the front yard is great for residents. However, the split-level house with 4 stairs can be challenging during emergencies. The available room is small and shares a tiny bathroom. Basic cable is included. she doesn't live on-site, but there's always a caregiver. The old house smells of urine and isn't in the best area.
