We left after a few months because the service wasn't good. They need more staff and better communication.

"Nice staff, slow response, hospital-like, staff on phones"
The staff were all really nice, but it took them a while to come and see my loved one. We needed help quickly. When we toured the place, it felt more like a hospital. We also saw a lot of the staff sitting around on their phones, which did not make me feel confident in them.

"My Mom's Tour Experience"
We toured this community. The staff was nice and caring. The environment was very pleasant. My mom liked the community and the surroundings. They have a good list of activities and an appealing menu. We would recommend this community for the care of loved ones. We just wanted something closer.

"Having a Pleasant Experience at Benton House of Dublin"
I haven't been at Benton House of Dublin for very long. But I can say that I'm having a good time here. I'm excited about what's to come. Up till now, everything's been pleasant. I'm hoping it stays that way.

"Mom is happy, and so are we"
My mom has been here for about four months now. She is happy in the memory care section. I like the facilities and all the workers. She is starting to join some of the activities. The food is okay, and the nurses handle her medications well. Our family is very pleased.

"Benton House of Dublin Alzheimer's/Memory Care in Dublin, GA"
We went on a tour, and I’d move my mom in right away if I could have arranged it. Unfortunately, we had family issues that made it hard to figure out payment. I loved everything about the place and all it offers. If the chance comes up, I won’t forget about it.

"Excellent and knowledgeable staff, beautiful and affordable facility"
The staff here are excellent and know a lot about what they’re doing. The facility is beautiful, very clean, and the cost is affordable. Plus, it’s easy to get to from I-16.
