"A Homey Place, But Too Far"
The place is really nice, clean, and feels like home, but it's too far away for us.

"Highly Recommend Agape for Friendly Staff and Fun Activities"
My mom stayed at Agape PCH for respite care. The staff was very kind and answered all my questions. They offered activities like bingo, which was nice. My mom enjoyed the food, and she had no complaints during her stay at Agape PCH!

"Reality of AGAPE Assisted Living: Neglect and Disregard"
At first glance, you might think this assisted living place is doing right by your loved one. But when you look closer and make surprise visits, you'll often find your family member crying and left out, away from everyone else. Seems to me like a weird way to punish someone. For dinner once, they gave my mom just a hot dog and some beans. And my mom, she told me she wasn't happy there. I should've listened to her! Even though she's got Alzheimer's and Dementia, even SHE knew she was getting treated wrong. So here's a heads up if you're considering sending your family member here, stay on top of every dollar they charge you. Doesn't matter if you're having money issues or if things with Medicare, Medicaid, or DEFACS are tough, they'll turn their backs on you real fast. Funny how when I moved my mom to have a home nurse, she gets a bath and her hair fixed every day without any problems. Beats the sink sponge baths and going weeks without a proper hair wash at this place. AGAPE, you'll see your money before we even make it to our court date. Life gets in the way of money sometimes. And she, thanks (NOT!) for your "Christian Love and Compassion." Talk about not being true to what you preach.

"Excruciating Experience for Loved Ones at Assisted Living Facility"
At first, you'd believe your family member is well taken care of. However, upon frequent unannounced visits, you might discover your loved one upset and isolated from others. (This seems to be their way of discipline.) One hot dog and a scoop of beans is what I found to be considered dinner there. My mom, who suffers from Alzheimer's and Dementia, told me she disliked the place. I should've listened! Even with these conditions, they know when they're not treated right. If you do decide to place your loved ones there, make sure to always pay rent on time. Any problem you have - whether it's financial instability, issues with Medicare, Medicaid, or DEFACS - will quickly turn the management against you and your family member, like a pit bull. Interestingly, ever since I moved my mom to a home nurse, she's been bathed every day without any fuss. This is a change from the previous sponge baths in the sink and her hair going unwashed for up to three weeks. AGAPE, you'll receive your owed money before our court date comes around. Everyone has financial ups and downs, yet it seems this doesn't matter to you. Thank You Mrs. R. (I'm being sarcastic!), for your apparent 'Christian Love and Compassion.' 1 Corinthians 6 New King James Version (NKJV) reminds us 'Do Not Sue the Brethren.

"Great Staff Who Truly Care for Mom's Needs"
The people here are awesome, and I know they'll take care of my mom! It’s a bit expensive, but I get it—you really do get what you pay for.
