"Friendly Staff and Great Care"

My mom stayed here for a short time and I have no complaints. The staff was always friendly to her and I felt good about the care she received. They have a great activity program for all the residents and a nice dining experience. The food was really good and my mom liked it. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

"Some Staff Need Better Social Skills!"

Mostly, I'm okay with my mom's time at this place. She's not had any trouble with what they serve for meals and she's really liking taking part in some of the stuff they have going on over the week. I think most of the people working there are cool, but there are a few that bug me. There are a few who shouldn't be working there at all – they can't even say hello when we come in.

"Great Respite Care Experience"

My father has stayed at Arbor Terrace twice for respite care—once for 4 weeks and another time for 3 weeks. Each time, I found the place to be clean and smell fresh. Before choosing Arbor Terrace, I visited four other assisted living places that felt more like nursing homes and had an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. My father liked having his own room. The staff took good care of him; he was always nicely dressed and clean when I came to visit. He also enjoyed the meals and said it felt like dining at a restaurant every day. The staff managed his medications well. During his first stay, we had a few issues to work through, but the team was great about following up with his doctor to get everything sorted out. Overall, I’d recommend Arbor Terrace for your loved one. I wish my dad could stay there for long-term care, but I’m still searching for a place that’s more affordable yet offers the same great activities, service, and staff.

"Exceeded Expectations"

The tour at Arbor Terrace exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, and we were impressed with how the place looked inside and out. Our contact, Danielle, was very friendly and informative. This place is worth considering.

"Assisted Living Review: A Pleasant Place with Lots to Do"

This place is nice. We had a lovely tour, and it seems like they offer a lot of fun things for the people who live there. It's a bit gloomy and messy, but it's mostly nice.

"Caring staff make Arbor Terrace a great place for loved ones!"

I really like Arbor Terrace! The people who work here are nice and know what they're doing. They really care about the people they help. It feels like family, and I trust they look after my loved one well. We visit a lot, and the staff is always chatting with the residents or doing fun stuff with them. The food is pretty good too! We're happy with how they take care of everyone!

"Friendly and Helpful Staff!"

So far, we're very pleased with Arbor Terrace at Cascade! It's a nice-looking community, and the staff has been very helpful. They helped me find information on veteran's benefits and financing options while waiting for our loved one's house to sell. The food always looks and smells fantastic if I visit near mealtime!

"Best Assisted Living Ever!"

I am a healthcare provider who has cared for my 96-year-old father for the last 10 years. I am very picky about the level of care I expect from others. The management and staff here go above and beyond to make sure my dad is clean, dressed nicely, and fed gourmet food. Most of the workers have been employed for over 10 years and truly care about their patients. I couldn't have made a better choice than Arbor Terrace. Another great thing is that it smells nice when you walk in, not like an old, dirty nursing home.

"Very clean, friendly staff, and lots of activities!"

I’m very happy here. The place is really clean, and the staff is super friendly. They respond quickly to our needs and requests. There are a lot of activities, more than at the last place we were at. The communication is pretty good, but the staff could improve a little. Management is good at getting back to us. The food is okay and much better than where we were before. We also like that it’s close enough for us to visit.

"Great atmosphere, but worried about costs."

This place is excellent! I really loved the atmosphere, and my visit was very exciting. My main concern was the cost, though.

"Arbor Terrace Assisted Living: A Good Choice for Mom"

My mom’s at Arbor Terrace for a month. We’re pleased. The place, people, and food are good. Staff promptly answers questions, which is nice. They offer activities day and night.
