"Nice staff, Needs More Cheer and Some Updates"
The employees showed us around and they were really nice and knew a lot. But the place wasn't as cheerful or comfy as we wanted for my mom-in-law. Even some people living there said it could use some updates, but they still liked it.

"Smooth Move-In and Great Support"
Everything they've done has been great. I can't think of anything they need to fix. They made the whole process smooth and have been helpful with moving my mom in and answering any questions or worries we've had.

"Arbor Terrace: A Warm, Welcoming Place You’ll Love!"
I’ve been living at Arbor Terrace for three months now, and I’m really happy here. My apartment is nice and well-organized. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. What really impressed me is how everyone, from the front desk to the dining room and maintenance staff, knows my name! The food is delicious, and if you’re not up to going to the dining room, they’ll even bring your meal to your apartment. There are lots of activities to keep you busy if you want, or you can relax by the pool or watch movies in the media room. They’ll even help you set up your apartment to make it feel like home. I had a special chandelier, and they put it up for me. That’s the kind of thoughtful service that makes me feel really comfortable here. If you’re thinking about moving, Arbor Terrace is a great choice. They have special activities for holidays, like a barbecue on the Fourth of July, and your family is always welcome. My daughter, granddaughters, and grandson love visiting me here. My grandson even thinks it’s like a “luxury hotel”! We have “Happy Hour” in the Club Room twice a week, with entertainment on one of those days. There are also health benefits, like having a Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist on-site, a supervised gym, a library, Bingo, Bridge, and other games. "Helpful and accommodating staff during the move-in process"
Even though I haven't moved in yet because of some unexpected issues, my experience with Arbor Terrace has been great. They were very helpful during the tour and sign-up process. They keep in touch with me and are very accommodating while we get ready for the move!

"Arbor Terrace: Perfect for Both Mom and Dad"
We recently moved my mom and dad to Arbor Terrace in Peachtree City, Georgia. After a long search with help from A Place for Mom, we are all very happy with Arbor Terrace. It felt like the perfect place for our parents. The staff is excellent, and the accommodations, activities, and food service are great. We couldn’t have found this place without A Place for Mom.

"Comfort and Care Abound at Arbor Terrace"
I really like living here at Arbor Terrace. It's safe, and the staff are nice. The place looks beautiful. When something needs fixing, they come quickly and do a good job. I enjoy all the things we can do here. The people who live here are interesting, and they've had cool jobs. But the best part is theme .he is so friendly, and she keeps everything running smoothly. My husband and I are both 90 years old, and living here has made our lives a lot easier. Our activities director, , is great too. And it's nice that our kids don't have to worry about us because they know we're safe here.

"Outstanding Service and Friendly Staff at Arbor Terrace Peachtree City"
Our first impressions of Arbor Terrace Peachtree City have been great. My parents have only been there a week, but it’s been a wonderful experience so far. One thing that really impressed us is how friendly and nice everyone is. Whenever we had questions, they went out of their way to answer or find the answer for us. The service has truly been exceptional.

"A Perfect Match for Senior Care"
My mom lives here and loves it! The best part is there are lots of resources nearby to help with her daily needs. We use The Medic-Maids for her senior care services, and they are amazing and friendly. They also have better prices than anyone else around. The combination of this place and The Medic-Maids is a real blessing.

"Visited this place last Thursday, very nice but pricey"
We visited this place last Thursday during their open house. It was really nice. I think I could be happy there, but I don’t think we can afford it. There’s a place south of Peachtree City that we might check out after the first of the year.

"Poor Food Quality"
I feel like it costs too much. I don't join in any of the activities, even though there are plenty. The food service is good, but the food quality isn't. The menu is super repetitive. For breakfast, there's only one sugar-free cereal; everything else has sugar. It's clear they don't invest enough in food quality. My apartment is really nice, and I can do what I want.

"Swimming Pool and Friendly Atmosphere"
We chose Towne Club because they have a swimming pool and the staff is super friendly. If I could rate their friendliness 6 out of 5, I would! The pool is great, and the place feels like a resort. It's very relaxing here. They even offer two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, which no one else around does. The community is beautifully decorated and landscaped. The pool brought us to Towne Club, but everything else sealed the deal. It's expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for, and it’s a great value.

"Loved Towne Club; Affordability and VA Benefits Discussed"
We really liked the Towne Club. Everything about it was great. The guide mentioned that some residents get VA Benefits, even though it’s not officially assisted living yet. The main thing is we need to be able to afford it if one of us is left alone. It seems possible, but it’s not guaranteed.
