"Unsafe Living Conditions and Poor Staffing at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is not safe. There just aren't enough staff. We were made many promises that weren't kept. There were no medical facilities in sight. No fun and engaging activities. Most of the residents seemed to be given too much medication then just abandoned at tables. Mostly below-average care, except for a couple of good caregivers.

"Disappointing Management, Caring Med Techs"
My mom stayed at this place for a year and liked it a lot at the beginning. But we had to move her to a place with more care. The new bosses changed almost all the great staff, and after that, things got worse. It’s really sad! My mom hurt her back badly and had to go from the hospital to a place for short-term healing. She was away for a month, and then I chose to move her and told them 30 days before. They made her pay for all the meals she couldn’t come down to eat, and even though I asked them not to, they still charged her extra money for managing her meds for two months when she wasn’t even there. They didn’t answer my emails about taking off those charges. Also, before she left, some stuff got taken from her room. They weren’t super expensive, but they were things I just bought, and they disappeared the next day. The people who give out meds are really kind and nice, but the people in charge only seem to care about making money. The food is just okay, and I’ve heard from a few people living there that they want to move too. I wouldn’t suggest going here.

"Good tour but couldn't meet care needs"
I visited Atria Mableton and was impressed with my tour. It was between Atria and another place. We picked the other place because Atria couldn't offer the care my loved one needed.

"Nice staff, but prefer other place"
Our family had a virtual tour, and Atria was one of our top two choices. The staff was really nice and knew their stuff, but we didn't like the building as much. The accommodations weren't as good as the other place we were considering. The bathrooms here just had a chair in the shower, but the other place had a bench built into the wall, which we liked better.

"Safe and Considerate Community"
Our family looked at the place online because of the big sickness going around, and they were really careful to keep everyone safe. That’s something we think is great. The rooms looked good to us, and there was enough room to make food in the kitchen. But, the kitchen was a bit small and didn’t have every cooking thing you might need.

"Assisted Living with Heart: A Home Away from Home"
The folks here are amazing. They keep activities going, even during the pandemic. The staff really want to be here and truly care about everyone. Every time I visit, it's super clean. It doesn't smell like chemicals or anything. It doesn't look like typical assisted living either. It feels cozy and clean, with nice wooden furniture always shiny. They even handle my loved one's laundry. The only real issue with Atria is the food. My loved one says it's bland and lacks variety.

"Convenient and Affordable Assisted Living with Supportive Staff"
We picked Atria because it's close to family and affordable. Mom's room is like a hotel room, big enough for her needs. They have different room sizes too. The staff was really helpful and guided us through everything. Overall, it was a nice experience and Mom is happy here. I would suggest it to others who are looking.

"Underwhelming Senior Facility: Crowded and Unprepared for Visitors"
The place is cramped and packed. The building gives an impression of an outdated nursing home that's been converted into a seniors' care home. They didn't seem ready for our visit.

"Atria Falls Short: Lack of Promised Care and Medical Neglect"
Disappointed with Atria. They said Dad would "flourish," but they keep saying what they "can't do." They can't take care of Dad better than me. Dad's toe is being amputated because they didn't tell us about his sores. He sat in dirty diapers, causing skin problems. He fell and hurt his knee, but they wouldn't even use a band-aid. Too many things went wrong. Can't recommend Atria. They don't provide the care they promise. They were aware of his medical conditions but didn't provide any medical care. Wish they had been upfront about it. Not the place for medical care. Very disappointed in Atria.

"Parents Uncertain, Pleasant Staff and Atmosphere at Facility"
The facility was great. The staff was really friendly, and so were the staff we met. My parents aren't keen on assisted living right now.

"Parents Unsure, But Pleasant Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is really nice, and the person named [name removed] was super friendly. All the staff we met were really nice too. But, my parents aren't really into the idea of assisted living right now.

"Top Choice for Mom: Atria Mableton Review"
I'm glad I chose Atria Mableton for Mom's stay. It's clean, cozy, and welcoming. Despite her hospitalization, the staff has been kind, attentive, and caring, both to her and me. I'd surely suggest Atria Mableton to friends and family.

"Great New Movie and Tea Rooms at Atria Mableton!"
I’m an entertainer who visits Atria in Mableton on Floyd Road. I just want to give a shoutout about the new movie room and tea room. I went upstairs to use the bathroom and noticed a new sign with an arrow pointing to the movie room, so I decided to check it out. I had been upstairs a year ago, and there was no such thing. Then, a lady in red pointed me to the tea room. I talked to her about the movie room, and she asked if I had seen the tea room. She said the activity director did it. I, of course, told her how great it was, but I also wanted to let others know. Wow, it looks great! Most places I go only have sitting rooms, not rooms designed specifically for the residents. Can I move in?

"Atria: Clean but Lacking in Resident Care"
Atria’s place was neat and folks were friendly, but they didn’t take good care of the people living there. You should really understand what it’s like before you decide to move in. They couldn’t give my dad the help he needed. They tricked us with wrong info and rushed us with a special deal to move in. They say whatever you want to hear just to get you in and take the community fee. They’re okay with a 30-day contract because they don’t mind if you leave, they just want that fee. My dad had to leave because they didn’t give him the help he needed.

"Great experience at Atria Mableton!"
We've had a really good experience at Atria Mableton! Our family member lived in another Atria place in a different state for a long time, and it was great there, too. The people who work here are all super nice, the place is always clean and tidy, and they really take good care of our family member

"Pleasant Visit with Mom & Dad"
The room size was just average, but the residents seemed very happy. Loved the pleasant walking area with swings. We didn’t meet with marketing, but had some concerns about care costs like medications.

"Spacious Studio, Courtyard, and Activities!"
The studio is bigger than MG’s, and there’s a nice courtyard. They have restricted meal plans and assigned dining seating, plus lots of activities. The facility is old but locally owned now.

"Advantages Assisted living and memor…"
Assisted living and memory care offer daily activities, including shared experiences. Cats in memory care, good food, unrestricted outdoor walks, and cozy sitting areas. Companion rooms and proximity to home. Only drawback: wait times for water aerobics transportation.
