"Assisted Living Happiness: Atria Meets Our Needs and Expectations"
We're really happy with our choice of Atria. The people living here are friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. They usually listen and respond well to what residents need or want. We had two main things we wanted: (1) a place that has all the different kinds of help available—like independent living, help when you need it, and memory care. We wanted these all in the same place, so it's easy to move around and visit each other. (2) We also wanted it to be close to our church. When we saw the big apartment they showed us with two bedrooms, big windows, and a great view, we knew we wanted to move here. We had already thought about a few other things, but Atria was the best choice.

"Assisted Living Gem with Exceptional Staff and Amenities"
The apartment is a good size, and there are so many amenities that I can't even list them all. The staff is great they're always willing to help and answer questions. They're very accommodating. I think this place would be perfect for a single person.

"Assisted Living: Not as Fun as Promised, Poor Food Quality"
This place is okay. They say it's like a cruise ship with lots of things to do, but there aren't as many activities as they say. They've had problems keeping workers, especially the cook, so the food isn't as good as it used to be. It takes forever to get dinner, and the people who live here are scared to complain because they're afraid of getting in trouble.

"Atria North Point: Almost There"
Dining has been a bit of a rollercoaster. Some days it’s great, others it’s not so good. They’re trying to improve, though. The cost is really high, and they raise it annually for everyone. Cleanliness is decent, staff and residents are friendly, and the location is great. Just a few tweaks needed!

"Assisted living facility falls short in amenities and service consistency."
They advertise it like a fancy cruise ship, but it hasn't been that great. The price they quoted us was only valid for the year's end, not for 12 months. They've been promising to fix the pool before my family member moved in, but it's still broken after about 6 months. They need more staff and more things to do. The food quality has been inconsistent; sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bland. Occasionally, the chicken isn't fully cooked, so now my family member won't eat it. Sometimes, it takes staff a while to respond or they leave things in the room for too long.

"Disappointed with Atria North Point Assisted Living"
I don't think Atria North Point is a good choice based on our experience. Several Directors have left since my loved one came here, which worries me. They provide three meals a day, but my loved one doesn't like the food. We were told they'd have fancy restaurant-style meals with real plates and linens. But recently, my loved one got cold fish in a foam container, so I took them out to eat instead.

"Satisfied Families Recommend Atria Assisted Living"
Atria is a nice place and we're pleased with our experience there. The cost seems fair for what we get. I'd suggest Atria to others looking for care for their loved ones. The staff communicate well with us. They serve three meals a day to the residents, and there are options for them to pick from.

"Value for Money with Great Staff and Spacious Apartments"
We chose Atria North Point mainly for its affordability. The apartments are spacious and well-sized. The location is convenient, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it's a great facility that I would recommend. The only downside is the small elevator, which causes delays for residents with walkers. I wish it were larger, but that's how it was designed.

This location is wonderful and has everything we are looking for. Unfortunately the price is higher than what we are looking for but we are still keeping it as an option. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

"High Prices for Outdated Facilities and Extra Occupants"
Seems ancient. Artwork and chairs are old-fashioned. The elevator needs fixing, particularly the walls. Chairs in the dining room are worn out. Despite all these, their prices are as high or even higher than other places. Only unique feature is a small indoor pool. Additional fee for a second person, priced at $800/month, is the highest we've encountered.

"TOTAL MESS – ATRIA BILLS DECEASED AND DOESN'T REFUND!"
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Atria unjustly docked my dad's account for the following month even AFTER he passed away, completely against our agreement. Also, they had the audacity to ban him for services in July that he never received! Unfairly, they have put his account in the negative. Despite confessing that they need to give us our money back, they've done NOTHING about it!!!!

"A Perfect Place to Call Home"
This place is the best! After a year here, we really appreciate everything it offers. Time has flown by, and this location is fantastic. Within just 2 miles, you can find amazing shops, entertainment, restaurants, theaters, and a truly luxurious environment. There's no big buy-in; it's just a simple rental with a one-year lease, and everything is included. The activity schedule is packed every day, with something for everyone. We especially love the Tuesday night dinners out. The spacious bus takes us to a new restaurant, where we enjoy dining and sharing stories with other residents. Bingo is a hit, but so is the Gospel sing-along! We adore our roomy apartment with a large porch that gives us great views of every season. The food is delicious, and it’s cooked by certified chefs. Atria is known for its Southern Hospitality, and everyone here is so friendly; it really feels like home. The health facilities are modern and well-staffed, and top hospitals are just minutes away. I feel secure knowing I can get care quickly if needed. I feel safe here, and my family loves visiting us. Sometimes, we even delay their visits because we’re so busy! We feel so lucky to have found our new home.

"A Positive Start!"
The folks at Atria were super professional when I got my apartment. But, you know, they could make things even smoother for newbies with a more organized orientation. Lots of activities here for staying healthy, and everyone's friendly. Overall, it's been a good two weeks.

"Loved the Amenities, But Needs More Social Support"
What sold us on the complex was the washer and dryer in each unit. In a prior place, there were communal ones that were always broken or people forgot their laundry. Also, the walk-in closet, bathroom storage, and bedroom size were all great features. Mother's main issues now are: not having staff to get her involved in activities—they seem to leave that to other residents, which isn't working for her; and the dining room has a strict dress code that doesn't match her personal style.

"Great care and friendly staff make this place a winner"
So far, things are going really well. She says everyone is really nice, and she enjoys their company. They've been very helpful. She's really happy with almost all the staff only one person didn’t quite fit. Adjusting is the biggest challenge for us. It’s very clean, and they’re taking great care of her. We’re very happy with it.

"Review of Spacious Senior Living in Alpharetta, GA"
I shared details with my parents, and my dad was really impressed. But I thought the place was better suited for younger folks and too big for their needs. The one-year lease was the deciding factor.

"Mixed feelings about assisted living, improvements needed for satisfaction."
I like my apartment and meeting other people here, but there are some things that need fixing. The food and dining service could be better. The pool hasn't been working for most of the time I've been here. The cleaning service isn't thorough, and they don't always do what they're supposed to. The rent is going up by 5% next year, which seems like too much considering what we get. We don't always hear about important things from the people in charge. We have to check on each other when someone's sick or needs help because the administration doesn't do it for us. The staff is nice, and the place is nice too.

"We Are Very Happy with Them"
They do quite a bit and are a little more expensive than some other places. I liked that they offer free services to help move in. They have a good variety of activities, but they could be more creative, like an ice cream social. My parents love the food, and I thought it was very good when I ate there. They have cameras in limited areas and a gated entrance.

"A Perfect Fit for My In-Laws"
My in-laws moved to Atria at Northpoint a month ago, and they're loving every minute of it! At first, they were hesitant to leave their home, but now they're thriving. Their apartment is spacious and comfortable. They've dived into the community activities - exercising, attending programs, and even getting pampered at the salon

"Only the Best"
Only the best! I moved my mom from Knoxville to Somerby of Alpharetta because it was highly recommended by friends and had everything we wanted: a wonderful facility, caring staff, engaging activities, and great residents. It's the perfect location—central but quiet, surrounded by trees. Mom's apartment has everything she needs, including a washer and dryer, and fits her walker. At 94, she still loves exercising in the pool, and the rehab team is excellent. Somerby is elegant, friendly, and affordable—the perfect place for my mom to live and thrive.

"Would have been great if they needed less care."
We really liked this place! The food was so delicious and wonderful. One resident told us how much he and his wife liked it and how happy they were to move here. If my parents had been in better health, it would have been a good choice. But we knew they needed memory care, and regular care wouldn't have been enough for my mother, especially with her current needs.

"Very nice place, only 5 years old!"
Wow, this place is really nice! It’s only 5 years old and conveniently close to North Point Mall and the Verizon Amphitheater. Just be aware that event nights might cause some traffic. Plus, it’s near where I used to work. They even offered my parents a couple of free nights to check it out. The amenities are great, including underground parking. The assisted living wing on the second floor is open to independent living. It’s smaller than Chambrel, but I think it might be a bit more expensive. There are 56 assisted living units, and independent occupancy is in the 92-97% range.

"Very Clean and Responsive"
We're pretty happy. When my mom moved in, her apartment had some things that needed fixing, but the rest of the community is very clean. They are very quick to help if something is wrong or needs to be fixed. My mom really likes the meals. It's too early to say much about their care services or activities because my mom has only been there two weeks and hasn't tried those yet. I can't think of any negatives. So far, so good!
