"Assisted Living Facility Tour: Older, Needs Updates, Functional Kitchen"
Our family toured in person and noticed it's old, needs updates. Rooms were dark, older, but had full-sized fridge, more usable kitchen.

"Friendly Staff, Nice Tour, Budget Friendly Option"
Benton House is a really nice place. It's quite new. The people working there are friendly and they showed us around nicely. We decided to pick a different place because it fit our budget better and it's closer to our home.

"Definitely Recommend!"
I can't say enough good things about the Benton House! My husband has been home for about a week now and he's doing so much better. He's healthier and can walk with his walker. The people there were amazing. The staff really cared about my husband's needs. They even made him milkshakes and were very concerned about his well-being. The community is beautiful, clean, and well-kept. I highly recommend Benton House. If my husband needs more help in the future, we would gladly return.

"Mixed Feelings on Food, Overall Good Assisted Living Community"
My father will be moving out soon, but not because it's a bad place. It's nice overall. He just has issues with the food; it could be better. The community is well-maintained. The staff is nice, and there are activities. It's a good place overall.

"Great care, clean environment, needs better communication."
I really like this place for taking care of my brother. The staff could improve their communication about his care updates. The menu has a great variety. He isn't involved in the fun activities right now, but we appreciate how clean the community is.

When I visited the Benton House, I could tell it was super new! As I walked around, a few people living there mentioned that they’re still figuring things out and that they need to get more organized because everything’s so fresh and new.

"A Lovely New Community!"
We visited this community before it opened, and it looked beautiful. The person we met during the tour was friendly. However, it was a bit too expensive, and unfortunately, Mom wouldn’t have been able to stay there due to her condition.

"My mom loves this place and feels at home"
This is a wonderful community. I'm really happy with my mom's move here. She loves it, and things have gone very well. The staff is caring and always willing to help. They give her excellent, steady care. The prices fit our budget, and the meals are great. She’s more social now, which is so nice. Since it's a brand-new facility, everything looks amazing.

"Lovely Community with Caring Staff"
This place is really pretty, and the people who work here are super nice. They take care of folks who have Alzheimer's in the beginning stages. Residents should be able to walk a bit, and if they fall, their family has to take them to the hospital if necessary.

"A great community with friendly staff!"
My mom was at this community for a short time before going to the hospital because of health problems. She liked the food here. The staff and administration were nice and friendly. We had one issue with a staff member saying we needed to move my mom to another community. They keep the place clean, and if her health gets better, I would like to move her back here.

We're so glad we took the time to tour Benton House of Grayson. This community is beautiful and spotless. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable - they answered all our questions with a smile. We were impressed by the many activities they offer for residents to enjoy.

"Great Care, Poor Food Service"
My mom is living well here. The staff take care of her nicely, the facilities are neat, and there's always something going on. They even help her with bathing and moving around. But, the food is a problem. They don't serve enough to feed everybody and the servings are tiny. The meat is often overcooked and sometimes, there's no milk. I've eaten here once for lunch and wasn't satisfied with my meal. Plus, it takes forever to get served or receive anything needed with meals. The owners are friendly, but they need to make some changes.
