"Memory Care Unit Fails to Provide Adequate Care: A Review"
It took some time for me to decide to share my experience, but I feel it's important to do so. I strongly suggest not choosing this assisted living facility for your parent or family member, especially for their memory care unit. Please consider other options. My mom, who suffers from dementia, was admitted here and in less than three weeks, she was in the ICU hooked to a ventilator. My mom is quite active and tried to wander off many times, and this place wasn't the right fit for her. During our stay, the staff was mostly service workers and the management seemed chaotic. We were told improvements would occur when we decided to leave, but I'm writing this to encourage you to either choose a different place or make sure to ask the staff very detailed questions to ensure proper care for your loved one. On a positive note, we saw residents on the assisted living side who seemed happy whenever we passed by to visit the memory care unit.

"Good location, meets needs, modern, communication needs improvement"
We like the nearby location. They meet our loved one's needs well. The place is modern and nice. Recommend, but communication after move-in needs improvement.

"Consider Carefully: High Fees, Poor Care, No Compassion at Facility"
My mom was at this Memory "Care" facility which costs almost $[amount removed]k per month, where her clothes were often unwashed or mixed up with other residents' items. The activity schedule seems appealing on paper, but it doesn't live up to expectations. Personal care is lacking, and the staff and management are constantly changing. Tragically, my mom passed away here, but none of the employees cared enough to express their sympathy. Even though she had been there since the place opened, the indifference was palpable. Despite numerous requests, we continue getting email updates about Benton House. It's a truly heartless, unprofessional operation where real care seems to be missing. You might want to consider all these things if you're thinking of sending a loved one to this facility.

"Mixed feelings; not ideal for loved ones needing care."
My family member isn't there anymore. Overall, I think the place was okay. There were some bad times when my loved one was there that made me rate it lower. I wouldn't really suggest this place for your loved one.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Community"
This community wasn't the right fit for my loved one. They required a different level of care than what was available here. Despite that, the community seemed good, but we didn't explore the tour fully once we realized my loved one couldn't stay.

"Comfortable and Engaging Assisted Living"
I recommend checking it out. We visited and talked to the staff. The living options they provide are impressive. The food is delicious. There are movies, games, and other activities for residents to enjoy. They even have a daily schedule of activities for residents to see.

"Beautiful place, hoping Mom will feel at home here."
The tour was wonderful. We’ve chosen this place for Mom. We hope she will start to call it HOME. The memory care unit is warm and welcoming.

"New Assisted Living Facility with Attractive Features and Growing Community"
This new assisted living facility offers both studio and one-bedroom apartments for about $3500 a month. Since it's new, all the employees are new too. Currently, there are only 20 residents, but they're adding about two new residents every day. The community fee for initial residents has been reduced from $2500 to $1500. The decor and community spaces are very nice. However, it's unclear what kind of meals and activities they provide. They offer assistance plans for $750 and $1500, depending on the level of care needed.

"New Assisted Living Facility: Attractive, Uncertain on Services"
This new assisted living place is pretty nice. They have studios and 1-bedroom apartments for about $3500 a month. Since it's new, all the employees are new too. Right now, there are only 20 people living there, but they're welcoming two new residents every day. If you're one of the first residents, they'll give you a discount on the community fee, making it $1500 instead of $2500. The place looks really nice inside, with cool decorations and places for people to hang out together. But I'm not sure about the food and activities they offer. They have different plans for getting help, ranging from $750 to $1500, depending on what you need.

"Wonderful and Caring Community"
Benton House is awesome. The staff is proactive and very friendly. The care my loved one gets here is excellent. Many of the staff seem spiritual, and I think that makes the care even better. Almost every time I visit, there are activities happening. The rooms are set up really well, and it's definitely one of the nicest places we’ve been to. I'm so impressed with Benton House and feel confident that my loved one is in great hands.
