"Friendly Staff and Convenient Living at Benton Village"
We’re quite pleased with Benton Village. The staff is friendly, though sometimes it feels a bit understaffed. My parents are happy here, enjoying the convenient food and living arrangements. Having two bathrooms is a rare find and very helpful. The other residents are friendly, and my parents are making friends.

"Great Benton Village with clean facilities and pet-friendly options"
Senior Advisor is a fantastic website. While checking out Benton Village, a really nice place to live, I asked about home care agencies in the area. They recommended ARAA Home Care in McDonough, GA. They said their staff is very professional and they also help Veterans. Benton Village is very clean and they even let you have pets.

"Care Needed with Staff and Medication Monitoring"
Some staff in the morning are really noisy when it’s breakfast time. I’ve noticed that if the residents speak up about stuff the workers aren’t happy with, they’re made to go back to their rooms. Sometimes, the workers say that what the residents are doing is gross. It’s super important to keep an eye on the medicines that your family member gets.

"Great care and environment at Benton Village for residents"
Benton Village has been fantastic for my husband. The staff are very caring and make sure Mike has everything he needs. They answer questions, address concerns, and meet needs quickly and well. They are positive, kind, and dedicated to the residents. The TV isn't the main focus in the living room, and the residents aren't just sitting in front of it.

"Lacking Communication and Personal Care in Posh Assisted Living"
This fancy place seemed perfect for my mom's memory care. But, they charge a lot and don't offer much help. I gave it two stars because they don't communicate well and don't give personal care. Whenever I had a worry or needed to check on my mom, I only found out when I called them. The Director never talked to me first about worries, even though she knew. They need to give better care and keep in touch more.

"Caring Staff and Smooth Transition"
Benton Village is a wonderful place. The staff is caring and helpful to my Mom, who needs extra assistance. They’ve helped her transition from her home of 30 years. We’re thrilled with this facility!

"Pet-Friendly, Clean, but Long Hallway"
This place is really clean and pet-friendly. The tour guide was nice, but my parents didn't like the super long hallway.

"No Adult Daycare Availability, But Lovely Property and Friendly Staff"
The place was really nice and the people who worked there were super friendly. The folks who live there seemed really happy and they looked like they were being taken care of really well. It's too bad they didn't have any spots open in their adult daycare program.
