"Memory Care Falls Short at Berman Commons"
My mom's at Berman Commons for memory care. It's not great. They don't have enough staff, and people leave quickly. I thought things might get better with the new boss, but they haven't. I'm supposed to talk to my mom on FaceTime once a week, but sometimes they don't call for weeks. I told the new boss, but it didn't help. I live 500 miles away. I don't think you should send your loved one here.

"High Staff Turnover and Loose Covid Rules at Berman Commons"
Berman Commons has a really big staff change rate. They're not very careful with their Covid rules.

"Impersonal Atmosphere, Tiny Rooms in Assisted Living Facility"
This place didn't feel very personal, and the rooms were really small.

" "Glamorous Facility, Poor Communication and Care: A Review of Berman Commons""
Distrustful Experience at Assisted Living Home Despite Its Beauty" This location might look great, but don't be fooled. My father was a memory care patient at Berman Commons for approximately half a year. During that period, the head of the facility, all sales representatives, and even both directors of memory care exited their roles. My father had to be hospitalized for a month, and I was left in the dark about whether he could return to the facility until his actual discharge day. They never informed me that they had dismissed the memory care directors. I'd never consider placing a loved one at Berman Commons again. Although I am Jewish, my dad spent his remaining six months in an Episcopal memory care facility. The conditions there weren't as visually impressive, but the quality of care far surpassed what he received at Berman Commons.

"Mom's settling well; staff friendly, but food's not her favorite."
Mom is doing pretty well here. It's a big change for her, but she's getting used to it. She's beginning to join in some of the activities they have, and she's starting to make friends. The people who work here are nice and spend time with the residents. They only serve kosher food, which Mom doesn't really like. The place is always clean and looks nice. I think it's a good place and would tell others about it.

"Big Adjustment"
My mom is doing pretty well here. It’s a big change for her, but she’s slowly getting used to it. She’s starting to participate in some of the activities and making friends. The staff is friendly and interacts with the residents. The community only serves kosher food, which my mom isn’t a huge fan of. Overall, it’s always clean and well-maintained. I’d recommend it.
