"Caring Community with Cleanliness Concerns"
I believe the community is nice. They took excellent care of my dad. The only issue was cleanliness. He received better care here than at the previous place.

"Dissatisfied with Misrepresented Services and Poor Food Availability"
This place is advertised as an assisted living facility on their website and also with the health department! But now they're saying they're just a personal care home and don't offer services like wound care, which they'd said they do offer before! There's hardly any variety in the food and what they have doesn't taste good! Services aren't carried out promptly! There's no one to host activities or cook meals! They're always out of basic food items like bread and milk! I didn't see a single professional there in charge, not even anyone with a certificate! It's really worrying that it's advertised as an assisted living facility when it's not! The staff are mostly nice to the residents but aren't always there when a resident has an immediate and urgent need like being soaking wet!

"Disorganized Assisted Living Facility Faces Sloppy Management"
I don't think they have enough rules or plans to run the place well. They have enough workers, but nobody seems to be responsible. It was a mess, partly because of broken pipes, but mostly due to poor management.

"Kind and caring, highly recommended"
They were kind and caring to my husband and nice to me and our family. My husband stayed there for 22 days, including a 6-day hospital stay. I would recommend them to others.

"Caring Staff, Safety Explained; Distance an Issue for Quick Visits"
was super nice and made me feel comfortable about my mom staying there. She told me all about safety stuff and how they'd get out if there's a fire. She said she'd help me with whatever I needed. If it was closer, I'd think about putting my mom there. But it's kinda far, so I'm not sure.

"Flee! Don't let family members stay here!"
Don't let your family member stay here! Flee! They've had 4 head honchos in just a year...sure, some nurses are wonderful, but they don't cover up for the terrible higher-ups! My family member's stuck here presently. This place is dreadful!

"Great place with fun activities and excellent care!"
Things are going really well for my mom at this community. The food is delicious, and there are many healthy choices. They take residents on outings and recently had a bluegrass band come to play. The staff is doing an amazing job with her. This community is beautiful, and I would highly recommend it.

We moved our mom to Bountiful Hills in Commerce in 2015 after bad experiences at two other places. Bountiful Hills has been a true blessing. The residents are treated with respect and cared for like family. We highly recommend it.

It’s a smaller community, which works well because she sees the same friendly faces and follows a regular routine. She’s happy and comfortable, and I appreciate the open communication with the staff. This is a wonderful smaller community. They really focus on the care your loved one receives. Rose takes the time to understand your family member and their needs. The families I talked to who have loved ones here praised the loving care given.

"Rose's Leadership Makes An Affordable Assisted Living Facility Ideal"
I really liked the leader. I think this facility, because of her efforts and ideas, reflects all I'd want for my dad in an assisted living situation. Plus, the cost is good and there aren't any sneaky extra charges.
