"Attentive Care and Support in Assisted Living Facility"
Overall, I think the staff here is really nice and helpful. They always try to do what I ask. My health isn't great right now, but I trust the doctors and nurses here to help me get better no matter what needs to happen.

"Decent location and rooms, but needs better maintenance and care"
The rooms are big and the location is good for family visits. However, the building is old and needs fixing: the shower control often sticks and we had to ask several times to clean pink slime from the shower. It took months for staff to regularly refill my parents' water cup. The carpet on the second floor is dirty and stained. They have activities, but my parents don’t join in.

"Limited Amenities, Convenient Medical Care"
This place lacks an exercise area, but they arrange rides to doctors’ appointments on Wednesdays. Doctors and a podiatrist visit the facility. Outdoor spaces are limited.

"Wonderful Care for My Mother"
I placed my mother in their care for about a year before she passed away. The staff was really attentive and clearly cared a lot about her well-being. They were always quick to respond to my concerns, and they acted fast. They often noticed health issues and potential problems before I did and always had solutions or options ready for me to approve. I quickly developed a lot of trust in the friendly staff, the facility, and their practices.

"Nice Place, But No Vacancies When Needed"
I don't have any problems with the tour I took of this place. This place was really nice and had a bunch of cool stuff all over the building. The hangout and eating areas were big and looked good. The people working there were nice and made sure to answer all our questions. They just didn't have the spaces we needed at the time.

"A Nice Place, but Not for Long-Term Care"
I was looking for a community that could provide care if it changed in the future. I enjoyed visiting this place, and it wasn’t bad at all. I just realized it wasn’t the right fit for the long-term care I needed.

"Happy with the Experience"
The community experience is great for my mother-in-law. The community is clean, and housekeeping does a good job. She enjoys the meal options and has many activities to try. I'm happy with everything the community provides for her as a resident. Everything is good here.

"Excellent Care in a Perfect Location"
This assisted living facility really stands out! The staff is super caring and always looks out for the residents. Plus, it's in a fantastic spot - just a short walk from downtown Roswell's great restaurants. The rooms are pretty standard for places like this in the area, but everything else makes up for it.

"Mixed Experience with Brookdale Historic Roswell Assisted Living Facility"
Mom isn't fond of the food at Brookdale Historic Roswell. It's not good enough. I'm bothered by residents who smoke; the smoke comes inside, making it uncomfortable outdoors. The activities are too simple. I wish there were more challenging ones. Maintenance staff need to be faster in responding. They eventually fix things, but it takes time. However, the staff is very nice and welcoming. They encourage Mom to join activities, even though she's unsure. They try hard to involve the residents. Everyone has been helpful.

"Welcoming Environment with Room for Improvement"
Mom doesn't like the food at Brookdale Historic Roswell. It's not good at all. Some residents smoke, which makes the whole place smell like smoke. Activities are too simple; we need more interesting ones. Maintenance staff take a long time to respond. But, the staff is super nice and always try to involve mom, even though she's unsure. They're helpful to everyone.

"Brookdale: Great Staff, Nice Rooms, and Wonderful Care"
Our experience with Brookdale has been really good. We are a family spread across the country, and the Sales staff were super helpful with info, availability, and pricing—everything we needed to make our decision. Now our Dad is a permanent resident, and the staff are always available for any questions or requests, whether medical or lifestyle. I would highly recommend Brookdale to any family going through this often emotional process. The rooms are very nice, the food is great, and the medical care coordination is simply wonderful. My Dad wasn't excited about moving in, but we see him getting better each day.

I LOVE it!!! My 81-year-old mom wasn't doing well when we brought her to Freedom Pointe. She really flourished and thrived there. The staff was super friendly and gave her personal attention. If I could, I would live there! There were lots of activities, and the nursing care and medication management were excellent! The only reason I had to move her to another place was the distance. It was too far from where I live, and I'm the only family she has here. THANK YOU, Freedom Pointe, for giving my mom the care she needed and for making her feel like part of the family. We miss you all so much.

"Great Place with Friendly Staff and Good Fit"
This is a nice property. It’s an older place, but the staff is nice and friendly. The residents seem to be the right age. My apartment was made by combining two apartments. It has an updated kitchenette and two bathrooms. The windows offer a nice view. Overall, it’s a good fit and has great reviews.

"Clean and friendly assisted living facility with professional staff."
We visited this place while looking for care for a family member. It looked good, though it wasn't our pick. It's clean and tidy, and everyone we talked to was nice and knew what they were doing.

"Freedom Pointe, Roswell, GA"
My 92-year-old mother has been living at Freedom Pointe for over a year. The place looks nice and is kept clean, and the staff are friendly and caring. They've been helpful when I've asked for things related to my mom. Mom complains about the food, but I can't confirm that. I think she's just tired of eating the same meals all the time. This could happen anywhere. As for activities, my mom doesn't participate in any, so I can't rate them.
