"Misleading pressure and mom's disappointing experience"
My mom heard from some friends who lived there and they liked it. Her experience was nowhere near as good. It's interesting how they said we had to sign soon or they'd give it away because so many people were waiting.

"Inactive Atmosphere at Brookdale Rome Assisted Living Facility"
Brookdale Rome was alright. It just didn’t feel good. The people there were sitting around and not as busy as we hoped.

"Friendly Staff, but Community Size and Layout a Concern"
Our family visited this place, and it's really nice. However, the room they showed us was a really long walk and an elevator ride away from where we eat. Also, the place was a bit too big for us, but the people working there were super nice.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
My mom has been living there for about a year. They take really good care of her and the place she lives in is wonderful. They've done a great job keeping her safe from COVID-19. Thank you for everything you've done for her in her final years.

"Good Staff and Services at this Caring Community"
We're still unsure if this place is perfect for my dad and his care needs. It's a really nice place filled with caring people. The workers are top-notch and so helpful. Their meals are enjoyable and they offer engaging activities for those living here. I'd suggest this place to others, it's a very pleasant place all together.

"Rooms Too Small, but Tour Went Well"
I visited this community and it seemed really nice. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The place looked well-kept. However, the rooms were too small for what we were looking for. Overall, the tour went well, but it's not the right place for my mom.

"Smooth Tour, Friendly Staff at Pleasant Facility"
This place was pleasant and our walk-through went smoothly. The employees were polite and friendly. The community itself seemed welcoming and well-maintained. All in all, we didn't run into any issues during our tour.

"Clean, Friendly, and Fun with Improving Food!"
When my in-laws first moved in, the food wasn’t great because they were remodeling the kitchen. But now, the food is getting better. They join in lots of activities like bingo, singalongs, games, and exercise classes. They’ve also enjoyed a few outings. The place is clean, and I would recommend it. The area also has great medical care.

"Nice Facility with Friendly Staff Costs Could Be More Transparent"
This assisted living facility is really nice. The staff are friendly, and the people who live there seem really happy and active. It's a bit expensive, though. I don't like that they charge extra for things like helping with medications and providing oxygen. I think it would be better if they included all those costs in one price.

"Friendly Staff, But Watch Those Extra Charges!"
Nice place! The staff is friendly, and the residents seem happy and active. It’s a bit pricey, though. I don’t like the extra charges for things like medication management and oxygen. I prefer all-inclusive pricing.

"Amazing care and happy residents!"
I work with the sales director, and she is amazing! They always keep me updated about how my dad is doing. From what I’ve seen at Brookdale Rome and other Brookdale places, they have a great way of doing things and provide excellent care. My dad loves the food, which is super important! He is very happy there! I’m so grateful for Brookdale and highly recommend them.

"Very happy with Brookdale Rome!"
I moved my aunt to Brookdale Rome to be closer to family. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The cafeteria has four main dishes every day and some sandwich choices too. There are morning exercise classes and afternoon activities. They also have outings nearby once or twice a week. I’m really happy with the care she’s getting, and there are extra care options if she needs them later.

The staff at Horizon Bay Rome are super friendly. They reply to emails really fast. My experience there has been very positive. Moving is hard for anyone, but they made it as easy and nice as possible. I’m really happy with Horizon Bay Rome and would definitely recommend them.

"Comfortable Assisted Living with Kitchenette and Bay Window"
Feels like a bedroom with a bay window, complete with a kitchenette, cable in the room, and close to the hospital. All utilities are covered except for the phone. The rooms are quite nice.

"Great facility; $2,800/mo for large studio, meals, transport."
Great place to live! It's $2,800 a month for a big studio. They serve meals three times a day and provide transportation to doctors and the grocery store.

"Nice place, but drive to Rome isn’t worth it."
This is a nice place, but it doesn't really justify the drive out to the Rome location. They use a fee-for-service contract structure.
