"Facility Shows No Respect or Care After Resident's Passing"
My buddy stayed at this place for a while. He sadly passed away, but even before we could properly grieve, folks were already snooping around his room. Who knows what they took? There were even two women begging for his stuff. The people in charge were in such a hurry to clear his items out. The lady at the top didn't even seem concerned when I talked to her about it. They didn't give us a moment to cope with his death, all they wanted was his stuff gone.

"Concerns Rise Over Care and Security at Mom’s Residence"
My mom has been living here for some time now, and even though the place is really clean, she doesn't like the food at all. The leadership and some of the staff just don't impress me. Some of the caregivers particularly on the second shift don't seem to know what they're doing. Mom isn’t comfortable with some who distribute the medication. She's been unhappy because her things keep going missing from her room. Also, during the weekend, you can barely find a soul as they're always understaffed. Initially, when mom moved in, it felt perfect, but now, we are having second thoughts... It’s started to worry me about leaving her unattended.

"Mixed Experience "
The Oaks at Ellijay looks nice, and the staff is friendly. The meals are okay. But my mom doesn't always get the help she needs. She's deaf, and they don't communicate well with her, which makes her confused and upset. I wish I could reach someone after 4:30 or on weekends, but it's impossible. I've complained to management, but nothing has changed. It's not just this place; I've seen similar issues in other nursing rehab facilities.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Friendly Staff, Home-like Atmosphere, Price Concerns"
I recommend this community. The staff is friendly. It feels like home. They offer hotel-like amenities without feeling like one. My loved one isn't happy with the food. They have a set menu with choices, focusing on nutritious meals. I'd like more comfort food options. I'm glad my dad is close by. The care meets expectations. My biggest concern is rent increases—three times in fourteen months. It may price him out. During the pandemic, zero virus cases among residents. Excellent safety measures.

"Life-changing Care at Cameron Hall Assisted Living"
I moved my mom from a bad place in Buford, GA called Emeritus to Cameron Hall. Now, you wouldn't recognize her. She went from wanting to die to being a happy, smiling lady today. The residents at Cameron Hall are treated really well with love and respect. I can't say enough good things about the caregivers and staff there. They are fantastic!

They’re really, really good! We don’t have any complaints. It’s the only option in Ellijay, GA, but it’s been working out great! Everyone is so nice!

"Cameron Hall seemed great but couldn't accommodate my uncle"
Cameron Hall seemed nice, but they couldn't take care of my uncle. Even though the hospital and the Place for Mom person recommended it, after just one night, Cameron Hall said my uncle couldn't stay there.
