"Engaging Activities and Caring Directors Enhance Assisted Living Experience"
We have a person who plans activities that we like. He plans many different things and wants us to be happy, not just busy! I live by myself... my husband stayed in Memory Care. Both people who plan activities successfully involve their different groups. Good job.

"Beautiful Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
It's a really nice place with friendly people and lots of fun activities. The apartment is spacious, and the bathroom is huge with a step-in shower. The dog area could be better, though.

"let down"
re: memory care (after 20+ visits) staff spend most of the time talking among themselves and ignoring residents speaking to them...residents spend a great deal of time watching t.v. with staff not in close proximity... residents are not engaged or encouraged by staff to participate in the the few activities offered...most important though, residents hygiene is questionable... on a positive note...food is deicious...

""Friendly Staff but Lacking in Comfort and Cleanliness""
We stopped by for a visit one Sunday afternoon. The lady at the front desk was friendly, but she didn't seem to know answers to some basic questions like how many staff there are for each resident. It felt more like an okay hotel than a cozy home to me. One thing that really bothered me was the low-quality carpet in the rooms for residents. It hardly had any cushion under it. Even though the place just opened, some less busy areas were not cleaned properly.
