The place is very nice and friendly. They provide furnished rooms. It's small, which is a plus. And it's affordable. The rooms are for two people, and they share a bathroom.

"Clean, friendly, well-maintained assisted living; brother approves!"
My brother checked out the Cave Spring Manor since I couldn't. He said it was really nice. It was clean and kept up well, and all the staff were super friendly. He couldn't find anything bad to say about it.

I visited Cave Spring Manor for a tour, and it was a nice experience. The community was super clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend it to friends and family. The only drawback was the lack of a room call system.

This assisted living home consistently has only one on-duty staff member who unfortunately tries to juggle all the tasks. They attempt to ensure residents' safety, cook meals, do laundry, just to name a few - all simultaneously. Given the volume of residents and their various needs, it's necessary to have at least two caregivers at all times. This is not just to meet resident's needs but also to ensure their safety and the safety of the employees. Moreover, it's critical to install call lights in every room for residents' safety. The provision of additional help could effectively transform this place into an ideal retirement home.

"Insufficient Staff and Safety Measures Threaten Quality of Care"
Most times, there’s just one employee doing everything at this assisted living facility which isn't enough. An employee cannot adequately care for the residents, ensure their safety, and also handle the cooking and laundry. The place requires at least two caregivers all the time due to the number of residents and their needs. It's a safety risk for both residents and staff. Furthermore, call lights should be installed in each room for residents' safety. If increased staff were provided, it could be an excellent retirement home.
