"Good Care, But New Management Could Improve"
When my folks moved in, the team was super at helping them settle. But after the place got new bosses, things kinda went downhill. I feel like the current crew isn’t as top-notch with looking after everyone. The meals are pretty tasty though, and there’s heaps of room outside for fresh air.

"Terrible Conditions and Unmanaged Care at Memory Care Facility"
The care for those with memory-related conditions at this facility is laughable. You can't find any caregivers around to watch over residents who need memory care. Those needing medications don't get them on time and there aren't any activities planned for these residents. The common area is full of furniture that's stained from old urine. There's hardly any communication between staff members. The outdoor areas are littered with trash and there are dangerous black mold spores in the residents' air and heating units. I definitely wouldn't suggest you send a loved one who needs memory care to this place. There's no licensed nurse to check on medication schedules or to pass out medication as the state mandates for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's. This place is more interested in getting your monthly payment than caring for its residents. It's terrible.

"Renovated Cedar Hill: Nice Private Rooms with Private Baths"
We went on a tour at Cedar Hill, after they spruced it up. The rooms were really nice, and each one had its own private bathroom.

"Cedar Hill: Great Place for Mom!"
My mom is doing well at Cedar Hill Senior Living. The staff is caring and friendly. They answer all my questions and make my mom feel very comfortable. The place is clean and well-kept. They have an activity room with many fun activities for my mom to join.

"Review Warns Against Neglectful, Deceitful Assisted Living Facility"
This assisted living facility is absolutely terrible. I would never consider having any loved ones stay in this place. I've heard plenty of chilling tales from the residents. They're always short on staff, who are overworked and underpaid. They lie about their employees performing their job responsibilities to deprive them of their benefits. It's shocking to see nearly 90% of their employees leave and be replaced so quickly. Don't be naive and let the low prices fool you - there is clearly a reason for it. I know several instances of people moving their relatives out of Cedar Hill. The facility is not maintained well, and the residents constantly grumble about the food. I've witnessed all of these horrifying things first hand and am appalled at what transpires there. Thankfully, my own family members were moved to a different assisted living facility and are doing much better. Please take these words to heart and avoid this place for the sake of your loved ones.
