"2 Years of Wonderful Care and Service"
My uncle moved into this home because he needed personal care. The home is fantastic, and the staff is very loving and caring. I’m grateful to the owner and staff for taking care of my uncle. He has been here for 2 years and is very happy with the care he gets from Cotter Personal Care Home.

"Great Care and Quick Action at Cotter Personal Care Home"
My loved one has been at this home for over two years, and it’s been a huge help to my family. The administrators are really attentive and care about everyone. There was one caregiver I had concerns about, but they quickly took care of it. The administrators always put the care of the residents first. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without Cotter Personal Care Home.

""Great Start, But Disappointment Follows at Assisted Living Home""
At first, we thought this place was great, 5 stars for sure. But, it's gone from good to bad. The folks there made lots of promises they didn't keep when we first signed up. A bunch of my family member's stuff has disappeared too. Also, there's a new person living there who has some sort of mental problem and they've been causing a lot of trouble and making my family member unhappy.

"Dismay at Assisted Living Facility's Downward Spiral"
At first we thought highly of this assisted living facility, giving it a top rating. However, over time, the quality has seriously sunk. The promises made to us at registration time have remained unfulfilled. My family member's belongings have also started to disappear. Plus, a new resident, who seems to have some sort of mental issue, is causing disturbances that are making my family member feel ill at ease.

"Male-only home not suitable for Alzheimer's patients"
This place seems only for guys and not for Alzheimer's sufferers.
