"Lacking Expected Care at Coventry Place"
We're pretty disappointed with Coventry Place. They're not giving the care we thought they would.

"Flexible care, attentive support; clear about services."
This place offers various levels of help and listened to us. They adjust for my mom's needs and are clear about what they can do. We feel supported.

"Friendly Staff and Convenient Meals!"
Everyone at Coventry Place is friendly and kind. They keep in touch with families about any concerns and respond promptly. Housekeeping is okay in my Independent Living room—they vacuum every Friday. The meals could be better, but they’re willing to box or deliver them to your room if you can’t make it to the dining facility. I definitely recommend this facility to others.

"Continued Search for Assisted Living"
We checked out Coventry Place for a place for our family member. To be honest, it wasn’t that great. It just didn’t feel right for our person. So, we’re gonna keep looking around.

"Great Tour but Quiet Community"
We toured this place and had a really good experience. It would have been our second choice for our loved one. The meal plans were more expensive, though. When we visited another community, the residents were doing lots of activities. Here, it was just a little more quiet.

"Disappointing Tour, Facility Lacks Warmth and Value"
After our tour, I wouldn’t suggest going to this place. The woman guiding us appeared to handle every single task, as if she was the only one working. Though I’m certain others work there, we didn’t spot anyone else. The place didn’t give us the cozy, welcoming vibe we wanted. Also, it didn’t seem like a good deal for the cost.

"Friendly Staff, TV Issues, and Overall Satisfaction at Coventry Place"
Everyone’s friendly, but TV service needs fixing. Food could be better. Overall, we’re happy. Would recommend Coventry Place.

"Assisted Living Needs Improvements"
They could make some improvements. First, they need to hire an activities director—desperately needed. Also, the meals require improvement; the food quality is very low.

"Activities Limited, Food Good, Spacious Rooms"
This place was fun before COVID. We had bingo, arts, church, and more. But now, everything's closed. The food here? Pretty good, I'd give it a four out of five. And the rooms? They're big and spacious. That's what I liked the most.

"Good Inside, Issues with COVID and WiFi"
The outside of the building looks old, but the inside is great. The common areas are very clean, though the halls in the independent living area had a smell. The hardest part was moving my loved one in right before COVID. The lockdown made it tough because they couldn't meet anyone. There are usually lots of activities when there's no virus. They have sign-up sheets for things like shopping, exercising, and going to the movies. We chose this place because of the activities and transportation for residents. The one downside is that the WiFi is no longer available, so it's been hard to communicate with my loved one. We've only talked three times since the virus started. The long-time director left during COVID, and since she left, I haven't been able to speak to anyone or fix any issues.
