"Great Staff, Clean Place, Some Issues"
The staff was really helpful, and the place was super clean. But they didn't always give my loved one the right medicine, which worried me. The food was good, but they missed breakfast when she had dialysis. Also, they owed me money after she left. She enjoyed activities but wanted more to do.

"Terrible Experience, Neglected Resident, and Unreturned Deposit"
We had a terrible experience. I have proof that we were going to get our money back after we moved my client out in less than a day. They took poor care of our loved one, often leaving them alone. Now, they're not giving us back our deposit so we're going to review them on every website we can find. We're getting in touch with the BBB and exploring other options because blocked our emails.

"Awful Facility Lacks Compassion and Skill"
This place is really bad. The folks here don't care about their patients or what specific needs a patient might have. Patients aren't receiving the care they truly need. The people handling medications aren't skilled and the staff members lack sympathy and understanding. If you love your family, don't send them here.

"Missed Details During Tour"
Our family visited the place in person, and the tour wasn’t terrible. However, when the tour guide skipped over important details, we realized it wasn’t the right fit for our loved one.

"Clean and affordable, but too far away for convenience."
Our family visited in person. It seemed like a good deal, being one of the cheapest options. The place looked clean, and everyone seemed happy. But it's just too far from where we live.

"Assisted Living Community Offers Activities, Convenient Location, Room for Improvement"
The assisted living community provides plenty of activities for residents. It's located conveniently near shopping and neighborhoods. However, communication between staff, residents, and families needs improvement. Activities available include art classes, swimming, movies, social nights, a game room, a billiards table, and more options for residents to enjoy.

"Good Facility with Mixed Impressions for My Father-in-Law"
My father-in-law toured this place twice. His visit with me went really well, but his visit with his daughter didn’t go as smoothly. They received different information during their tours. He liked that there were more men here and that they made an effort to honor veterans. The facility has a pool, but it's outside, so he couldn’t use it all year. There’s also a nice exercise room. The grounds are well-maintained, and the rooms are a good size. Pets are allowed, so his cat could live with him. In the end, though, he felt this place wasn’t the best fit for him.

"Great first tour; facility has potential!"
Our tour guide did an amazing job. The facility is really nice and could be a great option for us. This was our first tour, so we don’t have anything to compare it to yet, but the other places will really have to impress us.

"Adjusting to Changes in Leadership"
My mom is still getting used to life in this community. There have been changes in the managers and the head cook. We're hoping that with these changes, the community will be managed better. The place is neat and tidy and the workers are sweet and welcoming. However, it's still a bit of a process for us settling down here.

"Seemed nice, but expensive"
I visited this community when exploring care choices for a family member. It looked nice, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. However, it was quite pricey. Ultimately, we chose a different community, but this one was still an option.

"She spent time discussing my mom’s care needs."
She really took the time to talk about my mom’s situation and how they can help her. Their memory care facility is excellent. Once my mom is evaluated at the end of August, I will make a final decision.

"Looks Can Be Deceiving at Noble Village Assisted Living"
My relative has been living at Noble Village for some years now, but honestly, we're not happy with what we're getting. Sure, the place looks nice, but take a closer look and you'll see it's not always kept clean. The staff here really don't live up to the 'assisted' in 'assisted living' and they're pretty slow in responding to calls. The few staff members who actually do care and try to help don't tend to stick around for long. It feels like most of the current staff don't even try. Sadly, they just don't meet the standards we expected. I'm starting to think that there might not be any really good places like this out there.

"Settled and Happy!"
The perfect place for my parents! I went on 6 tours in this area and am so glad my parents chose Noble Village. They have lived there for 10 days with no complaints. They are 82 and too tired to do many activities yet, but they enjoy the food and the care staff is wonderful. The staff is fabulous and very detailed. I love visiting them—it's so pleasant at NV, I always want to stay longer. The coffee is really good too. What sold my parents on NV was the large, nicely furnished and decorated place. They have a large family and wanted them to feel comfortable visiting. The pool was a plus, which is a rare amenity. It feels like a resort. Another plus is the spacious and well-appointed memory care community that my mother will likely need soon. It's larger and homier than any other I saw. Go see for yourself, it's worth the trip. You will love Denise; she is wonderful—very low pressure and a great listener.

"Wonderful Place with Caring Staff and Great Atmosphere!"
My father-in-law lives at the Villa, and both my mother-in-law and father-in-law previously lived in assisted living. They enjoyed their time there, joined in activities, and made new friends. My father-in-law has mild dementia and has been living in the Villa for just over a year. He really enjoys it there and doesn’t want to be anywhere else. My wife and I visit often since we live close by. From my experience, the staff are very caring and great at what they do. The facility is nice and clean, and I have no complaints. Noble Village has an open design with lots of windows, which lets in a lot of light and makes it feel like a mountain lodge resort. I’ve eaten at Noble Village several times, and the food is very good. They have a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner with everyone’s family and all the staff, so you can meet everyone and enjoy delicious food. The administrative staff are friendly and easy to work with. The nurses and CNAs are the best. The maintenance manager and his wife live on-site, and he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He is always there when you need help. We’ve looked at prices at other facilities nearby, and Noble Village offers great value.

"Beautiful Place, Poor Service! Mismanaged and Not Clean."
My family members had a really rough time here. When they required emergency help, the staff didn't react until an hour later. Sure, the place had a nice look, and the people who worked at the entrance were friendly. Plus, they included cleaning services - but they didn't do a great job. When my family members packed their bags to leave, the uncleanliness under the furniture was like it had never been touched! Overall, this place lacked that warm, "home" vibe. My family members were ignored and wasn't asked to participate in group activities or events. It's a pretty place, but it wasn't the right fit for us!

""Helpful in a Pinch, But Needs Improvement""
We had a bit of a good and bad time with this assisted living place. They were super helpful with moving my family member in really quickly when we had an emergency, which we were thankful for. But, we ran into some problems with how clean his room was kept and he didn't get along with some of the staff, though I admit he can be difficult to deal with.

"Disappointment in High-Hoped Nobel Village"
Let down by the place I had high hopes for because they're busy making a brand-new Nobel Village that's very near my home! The entrance was appealing but as soon as I went into the memory care unit, it felt like I was stepping into a regular nursing home. The smell wasn't fresh and everything looked tired and used up. The standard of care I found there didn't meet my expectations. It felt more like a typical nursing home than any of the other four places I've visited so far.

"Noble Village Doesn't Seem to Provide Extra Care Promised"
We were initially drawn to Noble Village because it looked great and had lots of things for residents to do. We decided to move our dad there because they said they would give him extra care if we paid more. But we aren't sure they're really doing what they promised. We're worried because it doesn't seem like they're making sure he stays clean and looks after himself every day.

"Mixed Feelings About Noble Assisted Living"
We really liked the vibe at Noble. The two staff members we met were nice, but we need more info on the care D gets. The place might be too far north for us. We prefer a cozier place, not a big complex. Some carpets in the hallways looked dirty or old. The living area in the one-bedroom felt cramped. There were dead plants at the entrance. We didn't see many staff interacting with residents, except maybe one at a table in the common area.

"Discussed Two-Bedroom Facility with Director, Includes Meals & Transport"
I had a chat with the facility's head. They offer two-bedroom options, serve two meals per day, and provide transportation on Tuesday and Thursday for doctor appointments or other errands. There's also weekly housekeeping, and all utility expenses are included in the monthly fee of $3895. I plan on calling back to arrange a visit.
