My mom stays in the memory care area, and I appreciate its cozy, apartment-style feel. However, there have been many new staff members since the management change, and they don't seem as caring as before.

"Poor Service and Communication at Cadence Marietta; Broken AC"
We had a rough time at Cadence Marietta. When we were there, they kept switching staff. One time, we visited and found our family member sitting at the table, waiting for food that never came. The receptionist had to end up bringing the meal to the room. They didn't even tell us when our loved one got really sick and didn't bother to check in on them. They had a big problem with the air conditioning breaking down all summer too.

"Inconsistent Service at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is okay for your loved one. They fired the boss, so they're fixing things. Some staff are good, some aren't during the changes. There's a new boss, but she hasn't contacted me yet. The place is all one level and looks nice.

"Mixed Experience with Cadence Assisted Living Facility"
The place is kept pretty clean, but there have been some staff changes causing issues. They are trying hard to fix problems. Initially, the staff were very friendly, then they weren't as much, but now they're getting better. Our family member isn't thrilled with the food, probably because of all the changes here. The activities are still limited, likely due to not enough staff for everyone. The price should cover everything better. We loved the spacious bathrooms with a built-in bench in the shower. Communication is crucial, and they are improving that with us and our family.
