"Great Staff and Clean Building, Some Scheduling Issues"
We had some trouble at first with things being done on time. After 2 months, things are going well. Sometimes the hallway smells like urine, but the building is kept very clean. The staff is amazing! They are very caring, helpful, and pleasant. There are a lot of different activities for our loved ones, but she hasn't gone to any yet.

I recommend asking about care, costs, and more details. I ate with my loved one; food and service are good. Activities include bingo, church, games. They have a nice activities coordinator.

"Poor Management and Care Signal Downfall of Once-Respectable Facility"
Most of these reviews are outdated, dating back to when Elmcroft was sold to Eclipse from Oregon. This place used to be run really well, up until about two and a half years ago when the Director and all the managers left or quit in less than half a year. The quick changes in employees and the terrible new management made us move Mom away suddenly, and we’re glad we did. We’ve heard from many ex-employees, hospice team members, therapists, and others we know telling us it’s just as bad inside as it looks. The food is alright at best, but usually comes out cold. The rooms are old, too small and stuck in the past. There are way better choices for your family. PS: After we talked to the new director and gave him an outline of our final charges and paid them, we still a year later got a bill from Eclipse. We made monthly email complaints with proofs for over a year and never heard back, so we complained to the regional director. Still nothing. Life is too short to deal with bad management and over 90% employee changes.

"Great Staff, Slow Response Time"
I was looking for a place where my father-in-law could get long-term care and I found it here. Generally, the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, they should improve on their response time. When my father-in-law presses the button, it takes them 15 minutes to respond, even though they claim it takes only 7 minutes. This makes him really impatient. On the brighter side, they do a good job of involving him in activities. The food here is also pretty good.

"“Still Adjusting, But Overall a Great Community”"
My mom is still getting used to this community. Overall, it’s a good place, and they take great care of her. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. They have a fun activities calendar with lots of things for residents to do. The meals are good too. I’d recommend this community.

"Perfect Spot for Dad’s Care and Happiness"
This place was exactly what we needed for my Dad. The staff is warm, caring, and takes excellent care of him. He’s really happy, enjoying the activities, and making new friends. The physical therapy has made a big difference in his life. We’re so grateful for this wonderful place and all the help we got in finding it.

We're really happy with how things have gone at Elmcroft of Roswell. The staff here are very friendly and always ready to help. My loved one's needs have changed a bit since moving in, and they've worked with us to find a care plan that fits everyone.

"Tasty food and great overall experience"
The food at Elmcroft of Roswell is really tasty. There have been a few times when getting the right medications wasn’t perfect, but that’s my only issue. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I definitely recommend them.
