"Needs Pharmacy Plan Improvement"
So far, everything’s okay. No big issues, but the pharmacy plan could be better. It doesn’t have a 90-day option, and the Guardian Pharmacy 28-day plan costs more than what I used to pay for 90 days at Walgreens.

"Friendly Staff, Food Needs Work at Oaks at Fayetteville"
The workers are really nice, but they’ve got to make the meals better. I’d tell people to stay at Oaks at Fayetteville if they start serving tastier food.

"Oaks at Fayetteville Review"
Our family member is happy at Oaks at Fayetteville. It's a really nice place. They seem to be having trouble finding enough staff, especially medical staff. That's been our only issue - some problems with medications. But overall, they've been really good. We looked at other places and found that Oaks at Fayetteville gives good value for the money.

"Great care, needs more activities to stay engaged"
It's a great place but needs more activities to stay active. They keep it clean, take good care, and serve great meals. They promised lots of activities but need to follow through.

"No Tour Guide Upon Arrival"
My visit to this place was fair. It seemed like they took care of it well, and everyone I bumped into was real nice. But when I got there, the woman who was meant to show me around was missing. That didn't seem right to me. I didn't think it was very professional and it didn't give me a good feeling at the start.

"Not Quite Homey"
The person who showed us around Gardens of Fayetteville was really friendly and told us a lot of helpful things. But the place felt more like a hospital, not cozy like home.

"Great place with friendly staff and clean environment"
Everything is going great for my loved one since she moved here. The place is clean and well-kept. The staff is nice; they go to her room and help her join meals in the dining room and interact with other residents. They also offer to take her outside.

"Worried About Mom's Assisted Living Situation"
I'm kind of worried about my mom staying at this place. They need to be faster when responding to things, for sure. On top of that, they should let me know when big changes are happening there. I'm going to talk to the boss about these problems soon. Hopefully, they listen and things improve but if they don't, I might have to think about other possibilities.

"Genuine Comfort in Atlanta"
This senior living community in Atlanta is my favorite. It feels genuine, with accommodations that remind me of home. I've been disappointed by others I've visited.

"Great for mom"
Dogwood Forest is a great place with friendly staff. Even after a couple of weeks, they’re still so kind and helpful. My mom is 88, and she seems to be adjusting well. I’m grateful to know she’ll be taken care of when I can’t be with her all the time. The other residents are so nice, and she’s even made new friends.

"Great stay with good food, staff, and activities"
He had a great time here. The food was good, and the staff took really good care of him. He ended up trying new things and joining in on some of the activities, which was a pleasant surprise. The billing process was easy, and we liked the location, which is why we chose this place.

"Perfect place for my friend!"
My friend, who I take care of, has been in an Assisted Living place for the past year. It was good, but his family and I thought he needed a nicer place with more options and people his age. I started looking and quickly found Dogwood Forest, which seemed perfect for him. The staff is super kind and made him feel welcome right away. He has really thrived there! He’s met new friends his age and is socializing more, which is new for him. Plus, he’s getting more for his money and saving almost $1,000 a month. He couldn’t be happier! And his family and I are thrilled for him. I wish I had found Dogwood Forest a year ago! It’s everything they promised and more!

"Highly recommend this place for mom!"
They are doing a great job. The staff is very attentive and caring. There are around 20 residents and five caregivers, so the 1:4 ratio means lots of personal attention. They have a big sitting room called the inspiration room where they keep the residents busy with one-on-one activities. I really like this place for my mom. I highly recommend them.

"Blessed with Care Dad Thriving at Dogwood"
My dad has been at Dogwood in Fayetteville for about two years. Dogwood has been a real blessing for him and for our family. Knowing he is taken care of so well gives us peace of mind that I can't even describe. I’m really grateful to everyone for making his later years so full of friends and activities that keep him happy and active.

"Dogwood Forest: Perfect Choice for Mom’s Comfort and Happiness!"
My mother has lived at Dogwood Forest for three years, and it's been great the whole time. From her first day, she felt welcome and was comfortable in her new apartment and with the routine and staff. She has special needs from a stroke years ago, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make her feel at ease. My mother loves living at Dogwood Forest and thinks of it as her "home." I'm really happy we chose Dogwood for her.

"Nice workers, but too much care and too expensive"
The workers here were really nice and willing to assist. But right now, we don't need as much care as they offer and it's more expensive than what we want to pay every month.

"Great care and friendly staff, with quick problem resolution"
They did a great job. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. There was one lady who was a bit rough with him, but when we told them about it, they sent someone else who was really nice.

"Friendly Staff and Impressive One-Bedroom!"
The staff was really nice, and I'd love to visit the facility again when I have more time. The one-bedroom we saw stood out, although it felt a bit overwhelming since it was the first place where residents were already living. The first facility I toured wasn't even open yet.

"Impressed with facility and staff, plus church volunteers"
I was really impressed with the facility and staff. I found out that many of my church members volunteer there, which was a big plus for me. I also liked that it’s right across the street from the medical buildings and Piedmont-Fayette hospital.
