"Overall positive experience."
Garden's of Gainesville is pretty good. You can visit anytime, and family members can even stay overnight. The food is okay, and the atmosphere is nice.

"Neglected Care and Communication Issues"
My family member was very sick and neglected. Communication is tough, especially during evenings and weekends. The memory care needs improvement. They didn't feed my loved one for weeks, which led to a fall and a broken hip. Sadly, they passed away two months later. While some activities have improved, it's too late for one of my loved ones. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're vigilant.

"Close-knit community, but distant from family."
It's a pretty good place, but it's too far from our family.

"Mixed Experience at Upscale Assisted Living Facility"
The place seemed fancy, but not quite our style. Breakfast with fancy linens wasn't our thing. We felt the lack of interaction between the staff and residents. Nobody spoke, nodded, or smiled during our visit, which worried us. Plus, we wished our apartment had a better view.

"Assisted Living Tour Feedback: Some Answers Lacked, Pricing Concerns Noted"
The tour we had was okay. The person giving it was new, so she couldn't answer all our questions. It was more expensive and farther away than another place we considered, so we decided not to choose them.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place looked nice from outside. Food was tasty. But my mom's room was often dirty, which lots of folks complained about. The workers didn't talk much and were hard to deal with.
