The community is amazing. The food is good, but they should offer more options for diabetics. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the activities are fantastic. Overall, it's a great community for everyone.

This place shouldn't be open. If you have a loved one staying here who you want to keep safe and looked after, get them out as soon as you can. My loved one didn't make it and I'm pretty upset. If anyone who has or had a loved one here can talk to me, please reach out to me. My heart is shattered and I don't think it will ever heal. All of this is because of their greed and carelessness. "Urgent Warning: Unsafe Assisted Living Facility Causes Heartache"
This place needs to shut down right away- it's not safe at all. If you have someone you love in there, please take them out ASAP. I lost my loved one at this facility and the pain is unimaginable. I want people who have, or had, loved ones there to reach out to me directly. My heart is broken, and I feel like it will never heal. "We’re happy with our decision for Oxton Village!"
The management was very cooperative and helpful during our move. Afterward, everyone worked together to help Mom adjust to her new home after living in her old one for 57 years. Mom came to Oxton from rehab and still had some health issues. The staff was always watching her and took all the necessary steps to help her. I am very grateful and happy we chose Oxton Village for Mom.

"Food issues and slow help, but improvements are underway"
At Senior Solutions of Social Circle, my parents are unhappy with the food. It’s not cooked well. Also, when they need help, it takes a while for staff to respond. However, they are working on it. The place has new management now, and they are hiring and firing some people. They will figure it out.

At Senior Solutions of Social Circle, my parents are unhappy with the food because it isn’t cooked well. They also have to wait a long time when they need help. However, the facility is under new management, and they are making changes by hiring and firing staff. They are working on improving things.

"Poor Care and Unresponsive owners at Rebranded 'Oxton Village'"
This place used to be great back in 2011 when they were called 'The Mews', but ever since they were bought out and changed their name to 'Oxton Village', things have taken a turn for the worse. My mom stayed there for three years. The first part of her stay was fine, but after the ownership switched, the quality of care went downhill. She fell and bumped her head several times, even ending up at the ER. Despite bringing up my issues with the owners, there was no improvement in the situation. The final straw was when, after my third complaint about her care, they informed me that I needed to look for a different place for her. From then on, they'd simply shut the door when they saw me heading towards the office, leaving me to deal with the receptionist. They definitely don't have enough competent staff for the number of residents they have, and there are some serious issues that I believe should be reported.

"Decline in Care and Management at 'Oxton Village' Assisted Living"
This place was fantastic back when it was called "The Mews", back in 2011. But once the new owners came in and renamed it "Oxton Village", the quality definitely took a nosedive. My mom was a resident for three years; at the beginning things were great, but not anymore since the new management. Her care declined and she had several falls, hurting her head so bad she had to go to the emergency room. Although I expressed my concerns with the new owners several times, nothing changed. After my third complaint, they urged me to find a new place for my mom and even started avoiding me, making me speak with the receptionist instead. They don't have sufficient staff for the number of residents they have, and I believe there are a bunch of violations going unreported.

"Good Facility, Staff Changes Causing Some Issues"
Oxton Village is pretty decent, but we've had some ups and downs because they've been changing a lot of the staff lately. The place itself is really pleasant and the people there are always nice to us. However, some of the care services have been overlooked during all these changes.

"There’s No Place Like It!"
I have nothing but praise for Oxton Village and their staff. They go above and beyond for the residents. It's under new ownership, so there is a bit of disarray, but the residents come first and they will do whatever needs to be done. They're in the middle of remodeling, and it's looking beautiful. There's never a lack of activities and the menu is GREAT!!! Hats off to Mr. Edwards, Todd, Marsha, Pam, and everyone else who makes it feel like a real home. We are so lucky to have found this place for our daughter to call "home"!

"Once Excellent Facility, Now Money-Driven And Deceitful"
I certainly wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. It was amazing once, but it's not like that now. The current owner only thinks about cash and doesn't pay attention to the residents. They're dishonest and carry out deeds when you're not looking. Keep away.

"Excellent service and friendly staff at Senior Solutions!"
Overall, we’ve had a great experience with Senior Solutions! I’d give them top marks in every area. It’s a clean and nice-looking place, and all the staff have been very friendly and professional. The office manager we talked to was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job explaining their services and pricing.

"Heartless Owner Prioritizes Profit Over Residents"
The current proprietor is extremely miserly, demonstrating a greater concern for profit than for the well-being of his residents. He readily and heartlessly evicts elderly individuals from their homes during their hospital stays, leaving them homeless upon their release. Furthermore, this operator is deceitful. My claims are supported by concrete evidence that can and will be confirmed in a legal setting. I highly suggest steering clear of any establishments under the Edwards ownership. While the facility was once excellent and the remainders of the staff continue to be wonderful, the present state of affairs is deplorable.

"Good Value!"
The activities are great! There's always something to do. I couldn't think of any specific improvements for them. I visited a lot of places around here, but for the price, this is the best value! I've tried the food and there have been a few complaints, but they're working on improvements. All in all, it's been great so far. Any issues or concerns we have, they are addressing them.
