"Communication Needs Improvement, Suitable for Independent Residents"
The place is okay if the person living there doesn't need too much help. But they seriously need to work on talking with us better. I wish we could find a fancier place, but our budget is tight. Overall, they really need to improve how they talk with us.

"Caring Staff Makes Greenwood Place Ideal for Loved Ones"
We really appreciate Greenwood Place because the staff genuinely cares about my mom. From our experience, we would suggest this community to other families searching for a place for their loved ones.

"Disappointing Experience at Greenwood Place Assisted Living Facility"
I'm fed up with Greenwood Place, especially with the high charges of $ per month. Everything went wrong for us in just three months. I haven't tried any meals, and there aren't any choices. Staff responses to questions or requests are often vague. My loved one had a bad accident and wasn't checked properly, resulting in a messy situation with feces in their shoes. We had to clean it up. The community even threatened to evict my loved one. They still don't have a wheelchair, though they claim it's coming.

"Memory Care Facility Review: Mom's Happiness Matters Most"
When I first came here, I didn't expect Mom to be in memory care. It's sad that she needs it, but that's where she is in life. I think they should pair up residents, so they have someone to sit with and talk to. Overall, I think they do a good job. I like the staff a lot. The lady who takes care of my mom is really good with her. Any concerns I've had were fixed right away. I like that they keep the residents busy and involved. They have lots of activities, and they even had Elvis come in recently to perform. But most importantly, Mom is smiling and happy when I come to visit.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The workers were nice, felt like family. Rooms too small.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I visited this place, and it was really nice, one of our top 3 picks at first. But the memory care area didn't seem like the best match for my loved one's needs. I was hoping it would be, because it's a really nice place!

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
If you have someone who doesn’t require hospice or assisted living, this place might be pleasant. However, the staff in assisted living wasn’t great; they were too busy on their phones, especially during the night shift.

"Not the right fit for my loved one."
The staff were really nice during our tour. But the rooms were small, and the residents we saw needed more care than my loved one, so it wouldn’t have been a good match.

"Careless Facility Led to Loved One's Broken Leg"
Our family member was only at this facility for a couple of days and during that time, they let her fall every morning. This eventually led to her breaking her leg.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living and Memory Care"
If you're considering the assisted living section, it could be alright for your loved one. However, the memory care unit didn't feel very interesting to me. It seemed one way at first, but things changed once my loved one moved in. There was a leadership change during their first couple of months there.

"Outdated Appearance, Friendly Staff"
The workers were nice, but the place looked old-fashioned compared to others.

"Decent virtual tour, but communication could be improved."
Our family did a virtual tour. It was okay. They showed us a video of the place and we could ask questions.
