"Medication Management and Dietary Needs Neglected at Beautiful Facility"
Our relative's medicine consistently runs out, leaving it up to us to call the pharmacy and doctor to ensure they don't go without. The frequent calls requesting refills due to depleted supplies are exhausting. There's also no dietitian at the facility, which is a real concern for us as our family members with diabetes need a sugar-free diet. We've found ourselves providing extra meals to make up for it. Though the facility is attractive, it falls short in major areas like these.

"Not Ideal for Memory-Impaired Patients"
Too distant. Not suitable for patients with memory problems or thinking difficulties.
