"Wonderful care and welcoming home for loved ones"
My mother and mother-in-law were very lucky to get such wonderful care at this personal care home. The house is pretty, always clean, and welcoming. My mother really enjoyed spending time on the back porch. The owner and caregivers are very involved in making sure medications are right and that everyone’s needs are met. They also understand how hard it can be for older people to move into a care home. I knew it was a good place when my mom said after an outing, “I need to get back home.”

Seeing how much love and care my mother gets inspired me to write this review. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a live-in place for a parent. The house is beautiful, and the staff goes above and beyond for the residents.

"From bedridden mute to engaged and chatting"
The owner and her staff provide outstanding care to their residents. My mother couldn't stand and was barely eating when she was admitted. She was in hospice care for severe malnutrition. Within a year, she gained enough weight, strength, and stamina that she no longer needed hospice services. The owner and her team helped her regain the ability to stand long enough to transfer from chair to bed, etc. I'm amazed at their dedication. The owner and the staff constantly engage residents with crafts and activities suitable to their participation level. My mother is always dressed and groomed well. She has always been careful with her appearance and loves getting her manicures with lovely nail colors. I'm so thankful we found such a loving environment for her.

"Wonderful Care and a Loving Home for Mom"
My mother has been living at Hamilton Mill Personal Care Home for three months. From the first time I visited and toured the place, I was really impressed. Everything was so clean and welcoming. The main living area, which includes the kitchen, living room, and dining room, is spacious and open. The owner answered all my questions, making me feel comfortable and relaxed about considering this home for my mom. On the day my mom moved in, met the staff at the door and warmly said, "Welcome home!" That really made my mom feel special. She loves it here! The staff truly care about the residents and treat them like family. The meals are very good, and the home is always clean. I feel relieved and happy knowing my mom is so content, getting the care and attention she needs, and living in a wonderful, caring, yet professional environment.

"Amazing care and support for Mom!"
We would give Hamilton Mill Personal Care Home a 10 if we could. We didn’t think our mom would ever get better after her fall. But we were surprised by how wonderful this place is. That was almost three years ago, and she has actually gained back 20 pounds that she lost. She feels happy, loved, and safe there. The owner and staff take excellent care of the residents. Not once, in all our visits, has the house been dirty or had any bad smells. It’s beautiful inside and out. We feel so blessed to have found this place.

"Top-notch care and friendly atmosphere!"
The best assisted living facility I’ve ever visited! The staff is friendly, professional, and really knows what they’re doing. They give all the residents complete attention and care, and the homemade meals are fresh and delicious. The place is always very clean. They make communication with families and residents a top priority, and they work closely with doctors to make sure medications are given correctly. The atmosphere is calm and supportive, and they do a great job working with families and friends. High-quality care is truly at the heart of this community.

"Very clean and friendly community"
Every time we visited Hamilton Mill, we showed up unannounced, and everything was always great. The facility is very clean, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Everyone there has been friendly and seems like genuinely nice people. The value is excellent for what you get here. They also offer activities, and everything has been going really well. Hamilton Mill is a very nice community with a welcoming atmosphere.

"Stay Away from Hamilton Mill PCH"
Hamilton Mill PCH is a nightmare I'd never wish on my worst enemy. It is without a doubt the most dreadful place we've ever seen. The decor is in poor taste and the caregivers treat everyone horribly. I wouldn't give it even a single star rating!

We looked everywhere for a place and didn’t feel right about any of them. Then, a friend from Physical Therapy recommended this facility, and it was perfect! It’s clean, has home-cooked meals, and the staff really cares. There are fun activities and beautiful grounds. My mom truly loved this place and called it her home!

"PCH Feedback"
The Hamilton Mill PCH is very well organized, clean, and neat. The decor and space, especially the large kitchen, are noteworthy. All dirty clothes are washed, folded, and hung up daily. Medications are kept safe and follow State rules. The residents are kind and courteous, handpicked by the Director, Ms. Calina Hut. She exceeds all expectations and is very professional. We are very thankful we found this PCH and highly recommend it. This PCH gets my highest rating of A+.

"Goes the extra mile!"
I had a hard time deciding where to take my aunt. The owner at Hamilton Mill was very nice and caring, and she helped me the whole time. During my visit, I was really impressed with the place. The owner even drove over 50 miles to meet my aunt and check on her. I was amazed at how much she cared and how she went out of her way for someone she didn’t even know. After my aunt moved in, it took her a week to adjust to their routine, but I understood and supported what they were doing. The staff do a great job taking care of everyone. I would recommend Hamilton Mill to anyone!

"Unhappy With Food Quality and Odd Restrictions at Hamilton Mill!"
We're unsure about Hamilton Mill assisted living at the moment. The place and outdoor area are truly stunning, and the employees are polite and really welcoming. However, the food just isn't of good quality. The mashed potatoes are not genuine and they don't serve much meat. It's pretty rare for them to serve chicken during the week - mostly it's on the weekends - and she's not a fan of peanut butter. Yet, that's a lot of what they serve. We expected them to provide her with proper meals, but this doesn't seem like quality food to us. We even have to provide her with toilet paper because she thinks the ones they provide aren't good quality. That's just absurd. How much can toilet paper possibly cost? On the positive side, her speech seems to be getting better, but she still has difficulty walking. There aren't any fun activities to do, and we can't even bring her home for a visit. If we wish to do that, she needs to be brought back before 6 p.m. They don't allow anyone to enter after 6. Including her, only 4 people live there. What's the issue? It's not fair.

"Convenient, Caring Assisted Living with a Fantastic Referral"
Super convenient for work! The house is lovely, with up to five residents. You get your own private room. The managers are really friendly and caring. They have a 'use it or lose it' attitude. There's a schedule of activities, and there's even a horse farm next door. I stayed for over an hour, and a family member of a resident gave me a fantastic referral. Her mom has been there for a year. The director suggested evaluating her for dementia meds.
