"Needs More Staff for Memory Care and Better Food"
The assisted living part was okay and the workers were nice, but the memory care part didn’t have enough staff. The folks there just sit around by the nurse and don’t really do much all day. We didn’t get any updates from the family. At the place we used to be, they sent us news every month with all the fun stuff happening. But here, there’s nothing like that. The food wasn’t good either. I wouldn’t tell you to go here if you think you’ll need memory care later. Most of the time, the residents just hang out at tables near the front. The staff is always doing something, but sometimes you only see 2 of them taking care of 26 older people. There’s more not-so-great stuff, but the big problem is they need more staff.

"Facility Falls Short: Overpriced and Lacking Support"
Our move-in experience wasn't good. The room was dirty and we didn't feel supported. We had to figure out a lot on our own. Who helps us after we move in? It's been 5 weeks and some things are still not done. We don't know who to contact for help. The salesperson isn't available anymore. The Ambassador committee isn't active enough, especially for new residents. There are many unanswered questions. The front desk staff are nice and helpful though. In short, the facility doesn't match its cost. It's too expensive! Some residents are leaving for different reasons. And they might increase the rent this year. Seniors have fixed incomes, how is that fair? One thing to add is "Security," which we'd rate as a "5."

"Clean, friendly, and recommended assisted living with upscale décor."
Heartis Fayetteville has been really good for my loved one and our family. The place is always clean and looks fancy. The people who work there are nice and ready to help when we need something. Overall, I think it's a place others should check out.

"Professional and Caring Staff in a Clean, Modern Facility"
We chose this place because the staff seemed very professional and caring. The facility looked clean, modern, and well-kept. I suggest other families get to know the staff to build a relationship.

"Great staff and activities, but food needs improvement"
It has been a good experience. The place is very clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responds quickly. The food isn't like a restaurant as expected, with many substitutions from the advertised menu, and the veggies are overcooked. I like living here. I understand that the current management is working on improving the dining experience. There are activities for all levels of involvement. I give it 4 stars because of the food.

"Great Place with Friendly People, Food Could Improve"
This place looks great and the people working here are super nice and always ready to lend a hand. They have lots of fun stuff to do. But, the food isn’t that great - it’s just okay and doesn’t taste as good as they say it will. I still think it’s a good place to be because everyone is so kind and there’s always something to do. The only letdown is the food.

"Neglected Incident at Heartis Fayetteville Leads to Major Injury"
My mom had an accident while staying in Heartis Fayetteville's memory care section. No one told me she fell or got dropped and it turned out she broke her knee in two spots which needed surgery. She's now fully reliant on a wheelchair and can't move around on her own. I really regret picking Heartis Fayetteville for her. After she spent time in the hospital and went through six weeks of therapy, I had to move her to a better, safer memory care home.

"Warm Neighbors, Disappointing Dining Experience"
Moving into this apartment feels like going back to living in an apartment block. The walls are pretty thin, so it’s easy to hear the neighbors. But the people here are super friendly and make you feel at home. The apartment itself is just the right size for me. However, I’m not happy with the meals. They’re different from what the website promised. We can only get food early in the morning from 7 to 8 and in the evening from 5 to 6, even though the website says the kitchen should be open all day from 7 in the morning to 8 at night. When it comes to choosing what to eat, like chicken or fish, it’s a letdown. I chose one thing but got served something totally different that wasn’t even on the menu. That’s been a real letdown.

"Friendly Staff Lacking, Not the Best Fit"
We had a nice tour of the place, but I don't really think it's the right home for my folks. It didn't have that cozy, home-like vibe, and the people there – both the staff and the folks living there – didn't seem as warm or inviting as at this other spot we're looking at.

"Friendly, Caring Staff and Great Community"
I've been living here for 3 weeks, and it already feels like home. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and caring. I really enjoy the friendships we've built, as we eat, exercise, play games, and chat together. It’s a wonderful experience.
