"Improved Communication Needed, but Happy Residents Overall"
My mom's happy there, but they need to talk better.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Management at this place has been really good. The campus looks clean, bright, and modern. However, there aren't many activities to help people make friends, and the residents don't seem very active or friendly. Some of the staff gossip openly and use names when talking about other residents. We chose this community mainly because of its location and cost.

"Management Issues Make Heartis a Poor Choice for Memory Care"
I must say, Heartis memory care management is the worst I've ever seen. Yes, there are some nice people who work there, but the management is terrible. This is definitely not the place for older folks who need help with their memory. The only decent thing about Heartis is that, unlike [facility name removed], there aren't as many hospital trips for UTI's. Also, the cleanliness at Heartis is just okay compared to [facility name removed], which reeked of pee around 5 years ago when my family members stayed there.

"Mixed Experience at Heartis Suwanee"
Heartis Suwanee is super clean, and the amenities are cool. Not having Covid shots was a big win for us. But the food? Yikes! It’s been a letdown. Those long hallways? Tough for independent folks. And that surprise price hike? Not cool. Still, the apartments are better than most we’ve seen elsewhere.

"Responsive Leadership"
Heartis has a classy style. The staff is friendly, but they can improve care for higher-level residents. The leadership responds well to concerns and prioritizes loved ones’ well-being.

"Happy with Heartis Suwanee, but Food Could Be Better"
We've been really happy with Heartis Suwanee. Mom seems happy there too. The community and the people there are very friendly. There are lots of things to do. The only bad thing is the food isn't very good.

"Positive dining and activities; value matches quality of care received."
Our loved one is enjoying the meals and dining service. We've tried a few meals ourselves and found them satisfying. They offer a variety of activities, and the activities director we met was very thorough. The cost matches the value of what you receive.

"“Warm Staff and Enjoyable Activities”"
I’ve told my family and friends that this is the perfect place for me. I enjoy going to bingo and their wine events. The meals they offer are great, and the staff is friendly.

"Billing Issues and Staff Turnover at Assisted Living Facility"
I want to share that my loved one has passed away, but I've been asking for the bill through email, phone calls, and in person many times. The medicine was always wrong, and even after talking to someone from out of town, the mistake was never fixed. The staff was short-handed, and there were changes in upper management during my loved one's stay.
