"Mixed Experience at Insignia of Newnan"
Most staff were great, but a few rubbed us the wrong way. Unexpected costs made it pricier than expected. We'd recommend Insignia of Newnan.

"Assisted Living Tour: Informative but Not Ideal for Loved One"
This community was alright. The tour gave us good info. It just wasn't quite right for our family member.

"Unexpected Costs and Care Issues"
I found out they have different levels of care costs. I expected one price, but then they raised it, which I didn't like. My mom was difficult, and they treated her like that, which I didn't appreciate.

"A caring, trustworthy place with great value and family feel"
I feel really good about having my mother-in-law here. She gets great care, and I trust this place for my loved one. They’ve become like a second family to her, which is wonderful. The value for the money is amazing.

"Communication Lacks, but Staff Caring and Polite at Insignia"
The folks at Insignia are really nice. They’re taking good care of my family member, and the nurses are super polite. I’m glad for the care they’re giving. But I’m having trouble getting in touch with them. They don’t answer or call back when I reach out.

"Excellent Care and Activities at Dad's Assisted Living Community"
My dad got great care here. The nurses were awesome. They served good food and had lots of fun things to do. It's a really good place. I'd tell others to go there too.

"Friendly Staff, but Not the Right Fit"
I went on an okay tour of this place. It’s not set up for wheelchairs, which I think is a big issue. The place looked like it was kept up pretty well. Everyone working there was kind and cheerful. The room they showed us felt too cramped. In the end, it just didn’t suit what my dad needs.

"Okay Visit, But Not For Dad"
I somewhat liked my visit to this place. The place can't be used by folks with wheelchairs, and that's a big issue. It seemed well-kept from what I could tell. Every employee I met was pleasant and kind. The room they presented to me felt a little cramped though. It just wasn't the right fit for my dad and his specific needs.

"Assisted Living Facility: Staff Shortage Caused Minor Issues"
We've had some small problems, like mix-ups with medication. The place doesn't have enough workers, which I think caused the issues. But I believe things are better now, fingers crossed.

"Warm and Homey Assisted Living with Caring Staff"
I chose this place because it feels like a home, not a hospital. The art on display is made by the people who live here, and the puzzles they do together add to that homey feeling. Brenda Mitchell really cares about everyone who lives here and goes above and beyond to make sure they're taken care of.

"Homey Atmosphere with Caring Staff at Newnan Assisted Living"
I chose this place because it felt like a real home, not just a place to live. The art on the walls, made by the people who live here, and the puzzles they worked on together made it feel cozy. The owner was especially great; she made sure everyone was taken care of and made a positive impact on everyone's life.

"Assisted living needs better communication and staffing for improvement."
My mom moved here from a hospital. We were told there's a facility doctor. But he stopped visits 6 months ago without us knowing. We found out when home health needed a doctor's order. It took a week for her to be seen. The director didn't know he left. They're often understaffed lately. Hope it gets better. Food's good, common areas are clean. But mom's room isn't always cleaned well. Maintenance person has another job, so expect delays. Not bad, but needs improvement.

"Decent facility, considerable room for improvement needed"
After my mom got transferred from a rehab care to this assisted living facility, we were told about an in-house doctor. However, we weren’t informed that his monthly visits had ended six months prior, nor that my mom had to become his patient before he'd treat her. This bit of information only came to light when mom needed a doctor's order for home health to resolve a health problem – which was postponed until the doctor could see her and make her his patient in over a week's time. When discussing this with the director, it came as news to her that the doctor no longer consulted there - another shock to me. I've noticed that they've been short staffed for the past month, but I’m hoping to see an improvement soon. The food is satisfying, the kitchen and shared spaces are neat, but I sometimes get the feeling mom’s room isn't as clean as it should be; the bed sheets aren't regularly changed and the bathroom needs better cleaning. If you have a maintenance issue on a day when the custodian, who also works as a firefighter, is at his other job... you're out of luck. To sum it up, it's not an awful place, but there's a lot that could be better.

"Savannah Court: A Good Place, Room for Improvement"
I think Savannah Court does a good job overall. The building is a bit old, but it's mostly clean and well looked after. The staff are nice, but there aren't quite enough of them. It would've been helpful if they explained more about arranging visits with the doctor before we moved in. But, they take good care of my loved one.

"Savannah Ct. Staff Goes Above and Beyond"
My family member stays in the memory care unit at Savannah Ct., and the staff there are always friendly, quick, and professional. They do extra things, big and small, to help the residents, like making them look nice, painting their nails, keeping their favorite dolls or animals nearby, joking around, and chatting with them. They also keep me updated about how my loved one is feeling physically and emotionally. They all work together in a tough job, taking care of adult dementia patients and meeting all their needs as best as they can. I feel confident that my family member is getting great care.
