"Inconsiderate Visitors and Absent Owner Ruin Facility Experience"
Watch out, this place isn't all it's cracked up to be. I have a relative who used to live here. The person who owns this place seems to be missing in action all the time. Plus, there's this visitor who acts like it's their own home, coming in and out at any time, day or night, disturbing other people who live there. There really needs to be some rules about visiting family members!

"Clean, Caring Community with Tasty Meals!"
My mom receives good care. The community is clean and well-maintained. She enjoys the tasty meals. We recommend this place.

"Great care home with clean facilities and an amazing caregiver."
My sister hasn't had any complaints about the food at this care home, and it always seems clean. I’d definitely recommend it. Trevel, the caregiver, is fantastic. He’s patient, kind, and keeps everyone active. He really makes a difference at this care home.

We're happy with Laurelwoods Personal Care Home! It's very clean, and the care staff are friendly and nice. The manager is involved with residents. They could use more staff, but it's a nice place overall, with good care.

We’re pretty happy with how things are going at Laurelwoods Personal Care Home! The place is really clean, and the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. The manager is nice and spends time with the residents. It would be even better if they had a few more staff members, but overall, it’s a good place where they take good care of the people who live here.

"No Recent Updates or Renovations: Won't Work for Us"
This place isn't for us. It seems like it's been ages since they've done any updates or fixes to the building. Definitely not for us.

"Moderately Priced Elderly Care Facility with Vacancies, Clean but Dated"
The assisted living facility holds up to 8 people. The price can be anywhere from $1750 to $2900, but the usual cost is around $2000. This fee generally covers care for incontinence, assistance with walking, and memory issues. The owner, , shared that semi-private rooms are only reserved for married duos. However, the owner doesn't live at the facility. The care is provided by two caregivers on rotation, but neither of them lives there full time. The facility is ground level and wheelchair accessible from the side of the property. It is located off Tilly Mill Rd. One resident is expected to move out due to old age. The available room is relatively large, containing a small personal bathroom. It comes with furniture and basic cable. Caregivers are present continuously, but do not live there permanently. The building is old and the furnishings seem outdated, but it is kept clean and organized. It has a cozy, screened-in patio. The existing residents seem quite lethargic compared to my parent. As of April 1, 2014, the facility was full.
