"Beware: Abusive Conduct and Poor Care at Assisted Living Facility"
If you're seeking a secure, caring home for your loved ones, steer clear of this facility. They might seem to promise what you're hoping for, but their actions tell another story. Another nursing service helping our parents alarmed us about unthinkable abuse. It's heart-wrenching to admit, but it was cruel and insulting to our parents. At first, we found it hard to believe, but their lower spirits and eventual admission confirmed it: she was indeed rude to them. This serious issue sparked a state investigation. Surprisingly, most of her staff are pleasant, however, her conduct is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the meals leave much to be desired, often served repetitively as leftovers. Adding insult to injury, one of our parents was expelled without the agreed-upon 30-day notice. Please be vigilant! It's devastating when we entrust our family members to people who turn out to be heartless and deceitful.

"Great Care and Clean Environment"
My mom's doing well here. The house is always clean, and the staff cook good meals. The care is excellent, and she gets the attention she needs. She also gets one-on-one time with the staff.
