"Very Happy with the Tour and Placement at Facility"
They took the resident on a tour, and she was placed there very happy.

"Unsatisfactory home care with friendly caregivers and too many stairs."
Absolutely didn't enjoy this place. When we drove up, I felt disappointed and sure didn't want my family member living here. This wasn't the best home care out there, even though the helper was really nice and chatty. The house itself needs improvement, and there were just too many steps.
