"Clean Facility with Good Meals, Needs More Nursing Assistance"
I really liked the meals they served and how clean the place was. The food was good, and everything looked neat. I think they should have more nurses to help the people who live there. It would make things better for them.

"Facility Care Below Expectations for Senior Housing"
This place ain't kept up as good as I thought it'd be for a place for older folks.

"Clean, Friendly, and Welcoming"
My uncle has a one-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor at this assisted living place. He moved from a big city in Texas to be closer to family and has adjusted really well. His new apartment is nicer than the one he had for 27 years before. The daily meals are usually very good, with lots of healthy and tasty options. The common areas are clean and well-kept, and visitors are always welcomed. The other residents are friendly and helpful, so my shy uncle has felt accepted. We thank the Lord every day for Magnolia Manor.

"Friendly staff, serene grounds, and happy residents"
An apartment just opened up, and we're now working to get my mom settled in. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. The residents all seem happy, and the grounds are beautifully kept. It’s in a peaceful, quiet location. We even made a video of our visit on February 23, 2017.

"Disappointing Visit to Assisted Living Facility"
We made an appointment to tour the place, but nobody showed up to greet us. The person we talked to on the phone seemed friendly. When we arrived on the weekend, the office was closed. Despite that, the part of the community we saw looked nice. They claim to offer a lot of different activities.

"Assisted Living Falls Short on Promises and Services"
They promise a lot when you're joining but then don't always deliver. Like doing laundry, giving medicines, and helping with bathing. Sometimes they blame not enough workers. Some staff are great, but some aren't. We stopped asking them to give medicines because they always made mistakes. It's funny they have a picture of the pool up because it's often not working.

"Mixed Experiences with Services at Assisted Living Facility"
This assisted living facility often promises more than they deliver. When we were considering it, they glorified the services they would provide. However, in reality, getting them to perform these stated tasks such as laundry, medication management, and bathing turned out to be a constant struggle. Often, they would blame it on staffing problems. This was quite irritating. Some of their employees were fantastic and considerate, while others were lacking. We finally took the medication management into our own hands due to their repeated mistakes. It's almost laughable that they have a picture of their pool showcased, as it always seemed to be closed for maintenance.

"Affordable and Accessible Assisted Living with Excellent Food and Communication"
We really like this place. My loved one enjoys it too. She thinks the food here is great. They plan lots of activities here. It costs less and offers more services. The price stays the same and there aren't many extra fees. Every room is easy to get around in. They call us often with updates. It'd be better if it were a bit smaller.

"We Like the Place"
We really enjoy it. My family member likes it too. The food here is great, and they have fun activities. Plus, it's more affordable for the services they offer. The price is fixed, and there aren't many extra fees. All the rooms are wheelchair accessible, and they keep us informed about everything. It'd be even better if it were a bit smaller.

"Great Place for Dementia Care"
We moved my 89-year-old mother in this year. She was excited about the move and having a smaller place. We looked at several places in the Macon area, and Magnolia had everything we wanted. The staff is friendly and helpful. Toni is always smiling and on top of things. It has been a lifesaver for us. My mother is happy and comfortable there. Thanks to Kim for finding the right place for our mother.
