My mother has lived at Magnolia Manor for 4 months now in Assisted Living. She really likes her big one-bedroom apartment. She loves the staff, too. The price is the best I have seen anywhere in southeast Georgia. This is the third assisted living facility she has lived in, and finally, we found one she is happy with. We couldn’t be more pleased. Great staff, great food, and fun activities! The setting is beautiful as well. Our whole family is so thankful and relieved to have found such a wonderful place for our mom.

"Great tour, still exploring options."
Warm and friendly tour with lots of helpful info. I’m not in a hurry, so I’ll keep this place in mind while I keep looking and comparing.

"Considering other options for assisted living due to several issues."
My family member stays here and faces problems getting things done. There aren't many activities, and the staff isn't helpful. The maintenance guy is often "busy" and unfriendly. The food's good, but we're thinking of moving her elsewhere. She used to be active and wants to go elsewhere.

"Unsatisfactory Assisted Living Experience, Good Food Though"
My relative lives here and has had trouble getting things sorted out. There aren't a lot of activities, if any. The employees are not very helpful, and the maintenance person always seems to be "busy" and pretty rude. The food is great though. But besides that, we're thinking about moving her to another place. She used to be more active before she came here. She wants to move to a different place.

"Exceptional care and staff make this place highly recommended"
My mom has lived here for 7 years. We are very happy with it. The staff is great, and the care is better than we hoped. I would suggest this place to anyone. We really like it.

My mom has been here for 7 years. We couldn’t be happier. The staff is amazing and the care she gets is better than we ever thought. I would tell anyone to choose this assisted living place. We love it.

"Tour of Facility Had Good Vibes"
I checked out this place on a cool tour. Everyone I met was really nice and willing to help. The place looked great from what I could see. I enjoyed the tour and things went pretty smoothly.

"Comfortable Apartments !!"
My parents' apartment is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable for them. The staff is always attentive to their needs and ensures they're met. My mother enjoys the activities and has no complaints about the meals.

"Not My Ideal Community"
My visit to this place was okay. Everything seemed well-kept, and the staff was friendly. Pleasant tour, but not my fit.

"Feels Like a Resort, Best Decision Ever!"
This place is amazing! It feels more like a resort than an assisted living community. Julie in admissions is super helpful, and all the staff are really friendly. My mother-in-law didn't want to move to assisted living, but after just a week at Magnolia Manor, she says it's the best decision she ever made!

"Perfect fit for Mom: caring staff, cozy porch, beautiful spaces."
My mom needed a bit more help than living alone, but not as much as full-on assisted living, so the catered living here is just right. The workers are really nice and caring. There's this small screened-in porch that's perfect for her to sit outside whenever she wants. And the common areas are so pretty and welcoming.

"Helpful Assistance for Mom's Settling In"
They did a great job helping my mom settle in and get involved. It would be helpful if they provided a family packet explaining orientation and transportation.

My mom is so happy at Magnolia Manor! She moved from PA to GA to join us and was a bit unsure about the change. But the staff has made her feel welcome and keeps her busy. I don’t have to worry about her well-being because I know she is happy and being taken care of, which gives me peace of mind. She really enjoys it here and loves the food!

"Beautiful Setting with Big Oaks and Happy Residents!"
Wow, what a gorgeous place! The big oak trees with Spanish moss create a beautiful setting. The facility is nice, including the apartments for assisted living. There are only 20 assisted living units, and some need tubs replaced. The residents seem really happy. Plus, they have a heated pool with bars to hold onto. The back of the building overlooks a lovely pond with great outdoor space. I just wish they had more assisted living options. The price is good, and there are no entry fees. Definitely considering!

"Love This Place! The Rooms..."
Love this place! The rooms are huge and the views are incredible. The main drawback is that it's the furthest from my home and my husband's work. It felt the most like home. Another big plus is the on-site Chaplain three days a week.

"Friendly Staff and Activities, But Pricey for Solo Residents"
This place is pretty clean and the staff is great. They always have stuff happening every day, which is nice. Everyone's nice here, and they have lots of activities for older folks. It's the closest place to where I lived before, and I wasn't feeling too good. I'm not sure if they give medical care, but they do check up on people who need help. It costs a bit much for what I get, and I'm more of a loner, so I feel a bit out of place, but it's still comfy.
