"Inadequate Care and Filthy Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"

The workers ignored me when I asked about my mom all the time, and they seemed really clueless. The place had a terrible smell, like pee and strong cleaning chemicals, and the carpets looked old and filthy. The meals were disgusting, and they kept losing my mom's stuff even though I wrote her name on all of it. It felt like they didn't care about the residents because they didn't keep records or files. During the pandemic, they just locked everyone in their rooms and didn't check on them properly. I mentioned multiple times that my mom's TV wasn't turned on, but it took two months and many complaints for the maintenance crew to hook up the cable. This place was really crummy and I got my mom out of there.

"Nice Place with Good Activities and Caring Staff"

It's a nice place, and my mom likes it there. They are starting more activities again, and that makes my mom happy. The apartment is a good size, and my mom doesn't always like the food. But they will make her something different if she doesn't like what they serve. I would recommend this community to others.

"Mixed Impressions at Assisted Living"

When we visited, we enjoyed the activities like bingo. It was great that the staff kept residents engaged. But now, they’re short-staffed, the food is okay, and the rooms are basic.

"Frustration Over Unfulfilled Promises and Neglect at Assisted Living Facility"

This place is terrible. They promised to repaint the walls but haven't followed through. The Assisted Living portion is decent, but the Memory Care section is dreadful. They only bring out the Memory Care residents for the same boring stretching class each morning. The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) here are far from appreciated. Meanwhile, they let other employees wander around without doing any work!

""Avoid This Money-Driven Facility with Poor Management and Unfair Treatment""

Avoid putting loved ones here. This place only cares about money, not people. The managers are no better than the previous ones. It's heartbreaking to see how they treat patients with dementia, almost like animals. The Certified Nursing Assistants do all the work, and some other staff don't even bother to help. Sometimes, they don't have any activities planned for the week. Residents with memory issues are confined to one area. It's sad to see how some employees bully others. This place is a farce. Some workers treat the residents kindly, while others are downright cruel. It's awful to see good staff mistreated like this.

"Highly Recommended Assisted Living"

My mom moved into this community, and everything's going well. The staff is great, and she enjoys the dining and activities. We definitely recommend it!

"Cozy Atmosphere Lacked"

When we visited Bristol Village, it seemed nice, but we wanted a cozier, more home-like atmosphere. It felt too large, and we were concerned about individual attention for our loved one.

"Good care, fun activities, listens to complaints"

The community takes good care of my mom. They have fun activities like bingo and movie nights. I haven't tried the food, but some residents say the portions are small. Mostly, the community listens to complaints and fixes them.

"Not a Good Fit Due to Small Rooms and Safety Concerns"

I took a tour here and knew right away this place wouldn’t work. The community is dark and the rooms are way too small. I also didn’t like that they don’t have a life alert button for the residents. The staff just goes around to check the residents' schedules. The price is good, but it just wasn’t a match.

"A Welcoming Assisted Living Community"

The staff is friendly and attentive. The administrator promptly answers our questions, and the community is clean. They provide enjoyable activities for residents, and Mom likes the food. I recommend this community.
