"Warm Staff and Tasty Food at Aunt’s New Home"
My aunt really likes it here. The people who work here are super nice and make us feel like we’re family. The person in charge of showing the place to people is doing an awesome job. She’s always around making sure everything looks great. My aunt thinks the food is yummy, especially because they spice it up just right. If she’s not into the main dish, they give her other options, but she says they give her too much food sometimes. The place is clean without a lot of stuff lying around, and someone comes to clean her room and change her sheets every week. They also take out the trash and dust every day. There are fun things to do like bingo and shows. I’d tell people to check this place out for sure!

"Facility Neglect Leads to Resident's Tragic Fall"
I moved my dad into this facility with the understanding that they would take extra care because of his risk of falling. They agreed to three things: They would dress him and tuck him in bed every night, use a specific padding we bought in case he fell, and do checks every 30 minutes. But only three days after he moved in, he fell and broke his hip, which led to his death 10 days later. They let me know about his fall right away, but after he died they told me a new staff member on duty that night wasn't aware of his care instructions. We knew my dad had put himself into bed that night because he didn't have his diaper on and his pajama pants were on backward. I wouldn’t tell anyone else to send their loved one here.

"Friendly Staff, Good Care, Food Choices Available"
Everyone here is super kind and welcoming. My sister isn’t always a fan of the meals, but they have other food options she can pick from. She’s content living here, and I think it’s a good place to recommend.
