"Avoid This Facility: Totteringly Untrained Staff, Inadequate Care"
My family had a terrible experience here. We informed them that our mom was transitioning from hospital cancer care and despite this, on the second day we got a message saying they couldn't handle morphine. There was no nurse available and no certified nursing assistant as well. Only hospice or we, the family members, were permitted to give her medicine. The assistants seemed to lack proper professional training. They even struggled when it came to correctly saying medical term. We had no choice but to transfer mom to a different place because of the intolerable pain they were inflicting on her. I implore others not to use this establishment. Their staff are clearly unprepared and overwhelmed!!!

"Friendly and Accessible Staff"
I like the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. If you need to talk to the owners, you can. They are there and easy to reach.

"Small, Friendly Assisted Living with Tasty Homemade Food"
At Mary & Martha's Personal Care, they do a good job overall. The facility is nice, clean, and well-kept. The staff are friendly, and because it's a small community, residents receive individual care. The homemade food is delicious, and they even have a big garden for fresh veggies. We had a couple of minor issues when we moved in, but the main disappointment was the discontinued internet-accessible cameras in common areas to check on loved ones.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Good facility, great location, but crowded for Mom"
I met with the Director, took a tour, and got on the waiting list. The facility is good, and the location is great. It might be a bit crowded for my mom.
