"Needs Better Value and Maintenance"
Considering the cost, I recommend exploring other options. The building seems quite old, and they lack funds for repairs. It feels like a structure from the 1960s. Everywhere else I looked, prices were higher.

"Happy with Care and Comfort at My Friend's Assisted Living"
I visited my best friend in August for her birthday, and I really liked the place. Her room felt just like home with her purple curtains and TV. She seemed happy, and I think they’re taking good care of her. Keep up the great work! Thank you.
