My mom really enjoyed the food—it was the best part of her two-week stay for respite care. The location was convenient, making it a positive experience overall. I'd recommend it to other families.

"Difficulty with Outside Doctors; Otherwise Recommended"
If you don't use the staff or doctors at the facility, it's tough to get information from the real doctor back to them. They need to improve how they communicate with the doctors. Overall, I would suggest Oaks at Towne Lake to other people.

"Friendly Staff and Quality Care"
I visited this place and it was nice. At first, it didn't look great, but it got better. The staff was very friendly. My friend had a loved one here, and she says they took great care of her loved one. We thought about choosing this place.

"Great care, but payment issues and staff changes noted."
We really liked the people here. She was great with memory care. There are many traveling nurses working here. We had some issues with payments. They didn’t deposit right away, and after our loved one passed away, the bank froze our account. It was very frustrating. I know they’ve had some staff changes too. The location was excellent, and the care was the best we’ve had (we tried three other places before). Overall, it was a positive experience. I’d just suggest talking more about living wills with others.

"Mixed experiences with caregivers, overall positive impression."
Some of the caregivers were really good, and some were not as good. Overall, they were all very nice and helpful depending on the time of day. I would likely suggest Oaks at Towne Lake.

"Room for Improvement"
We liked Oaks at Towne Lake a lot. The staff was friendly. What we didn’t like was how small and old-fashioned the rooms were, with a weird half wall.
