"Disappointing Stay at Costly Assisted Living"

My mom lived there for five months, and it was terrible. The workers act like they’re nice but they’re not. They acted all stuck-up and didn’t make us feel welcome. It cost too much and wasn’t worth what we paid. Some of the other people living there were mean too. I wouldn’t suggest going there.

"Assisted Living Community Pleasant, But Distant Location"

The community was pleasant, but it was located further away.

"Mixed feelings: Good meals, activities, but communication and amenities lacking."

Our parents really like this place. They say the food is yummy. But during COVID, the meals came in boxes, and sometimes they weren't great. The activities are fun, and they're joining in. But they told us the pool is open all year, which isn't true. The shuttle service is cool, and the schedule's better now. They need to talk more with residents and families. The salesperson was nice during the tour, but it's confusing now that our loved ones are here.

"Nice community with lots of activities and great apartments"

Our first impression was that the community is really nice. Our loved one's apartment is very nice with granite countertops, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer inside. There are also a lot of activities for the residents to enjoy.

"Mixed Experience at Parc of Duluth"

Our family member stayed at Parc of Duluth briefly. It wasn't their fault; our loved one just didn't want to be there and kept forgetting they agreed to move in. The staff was pretty good, but the onboarding process was tough, especially the 3-day quarantine. We expected more support, but it's independent living. The food wasn't great, but the activities seemed okay. Overall, it's a decent value, though still expensive.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Meals and Garage Option"

You should check it out; they have a garage for $150. It’s a bit expensive at $5750 for both options. The master bedroom has a tub with safety bars, and they provide two meals.

"Mixed Experience: Good Food, Friendly Staff"

We visited this place and noticed it had lots of extras my parents wouldn’t use. They’ve got a pool and other activities, but my folks have moved beyond that stage. The food tasted great when we had lunch during the tour, and the staff seemed friendly.

"Displeased Reviewer Calls for State Evaluation of Assisted Living Facility"

The state of Georgia really needs to reassess this assisted living facility, specifically Peach Community Home (PCH). The conditions that the residents are living in are downright awful, completely inappropriate for those in need of care. In addition to that, the new manager of PCH isn't even a nurse and seems to be lacking in knowledge of how to manage such a community. I would never consider placing my loved ones in a community that doesn't even employ experienced nurses. As if that weren't enough, I believe there are serious issues with their resident intake and money handling practices. It just seems like greed outweighs professionalism here. I sincerely hope the state steps in and thoroughly evaluates them. The quality of the activities on offer is also totally unacceptable. It's very disappointing.

"Nice Facility, But Too Strict About Smoking"

Visited in September, toured in October. Place looked good. However, it felt too strict for us. They didn’t like smoking.
