""Inconsistent Leadership and Poor Food Quality at Senior Living Facility""
If you're looking for a home for your elder family member where profit is more important than quality, this place is for you. My grandma started living here and we've had many problems that've negatively impacted personal well-being. The leaders here don't hold their positions for long, which means the management is inconsistent and no one takes responsibility. This changes the whole atmosphere of the home. The kitchen staff is also a big letdown. We've had six different chefs in a short period of time, resulting in unpredictable and not-so-great meals. All my grandma wants is a tasty, healthy, warm, and good-looking meal, but they can't even get that right. The food quality just isn't what it should be in a place meant for retirees.

"Uncomfortable Feelings at Parc at Piedmont"
Parc at Piedmont was too far for me. When we visited, I just didn't feel right. It's nice but too expensive for seniors on fixed incomes.

"Mixed Experience: Great Rooms, Friendly Staff, Mediocre Food"
We don't use Parc's care services much. Mom moved just before COVID, missing activities. Her main complaint is the food—poor quality, small portions, and little variety. Meal times differ from what was advertised. We chose Parc for the spacious rooms, which are excellent. The staff is very friendly, which Mom appreciates. During COVID lockdowns, the staff has tried their best to make life bearable.

"Higher Cost, Older Residents"
The place costs a bit more. [Name removed] said it’s about $4,400 to $4,600 for a one-bedroom. Most folks here are in their mid-80s, with only a few in their 70s.

"Friendly Amenities Await!"
The apartments in this community have small kitchenettes. The place looks clean, and they even have a heated lap pool. There's an exercise room and plenty of other nice amenities. The people are friendly, and I'd suggest checking it out to see if it's the right community for you or your loved one.

"The Parc Is Excellent!"
From day one, even before my mom became a resident at The PARC at Piedmont, the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating to her needs. Before she saw her apartment, we had dinner in the dining room, and my mom said it was the best filet mignon she'd eaten in 20 years! Everything at The Parc is first class, and the location is excellent for my daily travels, allowing frequent visits. We are thrilled with our choice!

"A Friendly, Happy New Home for My Mom"
My mother has settled in really well at the Parc at Piedmont. She has a lovely, sunny apartment that overlooks the courtyard, and she can’t stop talking about how friendly everyone is and how much fun the activities are. Right from her first day, she met so many wonderful people and has made a lot of friends in just two weeks since moving from Florida. The staff is warm, welcoming, and super helpful. The food is delicious, and she loves trying different specials each evening with her new friends. Finding this place has made a huge difference in helping her adjust from her old home to this new one where she is really thriving. Seeing my mom so happy and well cared for has truly eased my mind.

"Highly recommended, but not our choice right now"
This place comes highly recommended by the staff. Right now, though, it isn’t our choice.

"Dad Thrives at Parc"
My dad has been at Parc for 2 years. He really likes it there. Although the management isn't always quick to respond, they eventually address concerns. On the bright side, the bus drivers, concierge staff, housekeepers, and others are incredibly friendly.

"Decent Facility, But High Floors and Stuffy Tour Guide"
It's currently all booked but we're thinking of coming back to check it out once more. The apartments for those who can live on their own start on the 4th floor, which is a bit too high for us, especially because we have a dog. The lady who took us around the place was pretty snobby (but she was filling in for someone else). Overall, it's decent.
