"Inadequate Care and Unprofessionalism at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom's needs changed as two years rolled by but the care she got from this place changed for the worse, not better. No one seemed to know what she needed and the owner wasn't happy about the new health issues my mom was dealing with. The place started to get worse with fewer people caring for residents and it even started to look rundown. The owners didn't seem to care or act professionally, which I never thought I would see. When we tried to get my mom's stuff, they wouldn't let us in and just dumped her things in the garage. They didn't seem to care about the tough time we were having. I wouldn't tell anyone to put their loved one in this place if you want someone to help take care of them now or in the future.

"Best of the Best"
My mom has dementia and lives at home. My wife, brother, and I needed some respite time for a much-needed vacation. A healthcare professional recommended Pearl's to us. We toured the facility and found it top-notch. We placed my mom there for two weeks, and it couldn't have gone better. She received attentive care, great meals, and seemed to thrive during her stay. We are planning another respite period in a few months.

"Pearl’s Promise is the perfect place for Dad!"
After looking at several assisted living and nursing facilities in the Atlanta area, we heard about this great place. It’s a small home for its guests, and we liked that it felt cozy and personal compared to larger nursing homes. Plus, the cost was similar to the other facilities, so we decided to visit after checking out their website. I must say, the positive energy in the home, the layout, living amenities, and the staff were even better than we expected. Our dad moved in about 2.5 weeks ago and is set to stay for at least another week and a half. Since he arrived, he looks healthier, and he loves the place! He feels much better than when we first checked him in at Pearl’s Promise, and now he doesn’t want to leave. I can understand why—this place is nice, welcoming, and very caring toward their guests. From what we’ve seen, Pearl’s Promise is perfect for short or long-term care for an elderly family member or friend, even if they have special medical needs. The staff is made up of qualified, attentive healthcare professionals, and the atmosphere feels very homey, with great attention to detail for their clients' needs and wants. They made a promise and kept it! They are taking excellent care of our dad!

"First Rate Facility"
We put my 91-year-old mom with dementia at Pearl's Promise for two weeks of much-needed respite care, recommended by an in-home caregiver. We toured the facility a few weeks before and found it to be first-rate, clean, and well-appointed. Everything checked out, so we made a reservation. The caregivers at Pearl's are very attentive and provided everything my mom needed. She got near-gourmet food, better than when she's home. They stayed in touch with us, and everything went smoothly. We were very happy with her time there and have already reserved dates for this fall. I definitely give Pearl's two thumbs up!
