"Mixed Feelings About Pleasant Valley Assisted Living"
Pleasant Valley is a pretty nice place to be. It looks clean and neat, though it could do with some small improvements. The food isn't great, needs to be tastier and have more choices. Our family member enjoys the things to do and the people who work there. They also like the surroundings, especially the trees and animals.

"Caring Community with Some Hassles"
My dad's doing fine here. The place is clean, staff is friendly, but no RNs. Rates fit our budget. Food's not great, but he's gained weight. Medicine can be a hassle. Overall, he's cared for well. I'd recommend it.

"Affordable Rates and Good Care"
My dad is doing fine here at this place. They keep it pretty clean, and the staff is nice. The rates work for us. The food isn’t the best, but he’s gained weight since moving in. Sometimes getting his medicine is a hassle. We use Humana for his meds, and they charge us for repackaging at their pharmacy. Overall, we know he’s well taken care of. I’d recommend it.

"Feels like home for our family"
We checked out all the nearby homes before picking Pleasant Valley, but Pleasant Valley felt like home. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the kitchen and dining area are open and inviting. There’s lots of outdoor space, and the gardens and pond were a nice surprise! The casual country vibe they have fits our family perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of Pleasant Valley.

"Best community, bring own furniture, private bath"
I liked this community the most. You need to bring your own furniture. It has private bathrooms.
